The curtain may have only just been raised on the new season but BT Sport have been quick off the mark to make their September selections.

Following Saturday’s opening day drama, the campaign’s second month is already beginning to be mapped out – and there’s some exciting picks to look forward to.

It gets off to a flying start with some rare Sunday action as two teams with plenty of history cross swords.

The cameras are off to Wealdstone, where Woking pay a visit on September 4 kick-off 12pm.

Then, the following Saturday, we get up close with two teams who hope to be right in the promotion mix as Bromley travel to Notts County.

There is plenty more to look forward to this month, of course.

Two National League newcomers collide as Oldham Athletic meet Dorking Wanderers this weekend.

Solihull Moors and York City both started very well and they come together on Wednesday August 17.

Notts County vs Chesterfield is always spicy and the BT Sport cameras will be at Meadow Lane on August 20.

There’s then a big Bank Holiday double bill to wrap up August in style.

Woking welcome Wrexham looking for a repeat of last season’s live win before Barnet take on Eastleigh on the Monday.

Upcoming live BT Sport matches:
Saturday August 13 – Oldham Athletic vs Dorking Wanderers (5.20pm)
Wednesday August 17 – Solihull Moors vs York City (7.45pm)
Saturday August 20 – Notts County vs Chesterfield (5.20pm)
Saturday August 27 – Woking vs Wrexham (5.20pm)
Monday August 29 – Barnet vs Eastleigh (5.15pm)
Sunday September 4 – Wealdstone vs Woking (12pm)
Saturday September 10 – Notts County vs Bromley (5.20pm)

BT Sport’s coverage, led by presenter Matt Smith, follows the regular season championship race plus the exciting end-of-season playoffs as 23 teams battle it out for two precious spots in the Football League.

Alongside Smith are commentators Adam Summerton and Adam Virgo plus a cast of expert pundits.

Alongside the weekly live match coverage, the BT Sport team bring fans every goal from every National League match in the weekly Vanarama National League Highlights show.

The show is created through an innovative link between BT and students associated with selected National League clubs who receive broadcast training from BT to go on and help create the show.

Simon Green, head of BT Sport, said: “Over the past few years we’ve developed an innovative relationship with the league, including world-first 5G-enabled remote broadcasts and training local students who help create BT Sport’s National League highlights shows.”
