Latest National League, North and South TV / streaming selections up until end of April

The latest National League TV selections for December and January has been revealed now that the 2022-23 season is in full swing.

BT Sport confirm the televised selection of two more matches added to the ones already picked over the next few months as the campaign takes shape.

The upcoming round of fixtures in the fifth tier of English football gives us a better idea of who are standing out vying for promotion and slipping down as risk of a relegation battle – even if we’re a long way off.

NATIONAL LEAGUE STATEMENT:

We are delighted to announce that two more Vanarama National League matches have been selected for live coverage.

The title race and battle to avoid the drop out of the division falls sharply into BT Sport’s focus in the New Year.

First of all it’s a game that always carries a little extra needle.

But with both Chesterfield and Notts County embedded in the chase for the EFL, this one has even more spice.

The grudge match has thrown up some classics over the years and the game on Saturday January 21 at the Technique Stadium could be another, it kicks-off at 5.20pm.

Then there’s a midweek offering as Scunthorpe United head to FC Halifax Town looking to get their season going.

The Iron have struggled since relegation from League Two and with National League North football a real threat they’ll be looking to move up the table – and drag the Shaymen into trouble. The game starts at 7.30pm.

BT Sport’s 2023 begins at Maidstone United on January 2 when Dagenham & Redbridge visit.

This weekend it’s an early start as York City look to give their season the kiss of life when title challengers Wrexham visit.

Later in December it’s a BT Sport first with regular season National League North and South football covered live for the first time by a broadcaster.

Kidderminster host Chester on December 7 before Braintree Town play Dulwich Hamlet on Sunday on December 11.

On the same day Oldham Athletic vs Torquay United before the year draws to a close for the cameras at Barnet on Boxing Day with Boreham Wood the visitors.
