West Ham have seen their bid for former Leeds United midfielder Ronaldo Vieira rejected by Sampdoria.

Leeds United have had a third loan-to-buy bid rejected for Southampton striker Che Adams. The initial loan deal included a £20m permanent transfer in the summer if Leeds are promoted to the Premier League.

Middlesbrough, Derby County and Stoke City are among the clubs looking to do a deal for Bournemouth‘s highly rated 23 year old defender Jack Simpson on loan before the transfer deadline passes.

According to Greek radio station Sport 24 Fm, Wolves’ opening bid for AEK striker Nelson Oliveira was €4m, but was rejected by the Athens club. Wolves expected to return with an improved bid, and the player is pushing AEK to accept the offer as he wants a return to England.

Schalke want to re-sign Jonjoe Kenny on another loan deal from Everton at the end of the season.

– Mo Besic has hinted he would be open to staying at Sheffield United beyond the conclusion of his season-long loan deal.

– Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder says Jack O’Connell is “going nowhere” after reports linked the defender with a move to Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur.

– Southampton defender Jannik Vestergaard is reportedly wanted by Premier League rivals Leicester City. It is understood that the Foxes are set to make a £15million move to try sign the centre-back and a deal is believed to be “close”.

– Wolves are continuing to work on deals for Portuguese attackers Daniel Podence and Nelson Oliveira – but they have not bid for Spanish playmaker Dani Olmo.

– Adama Traore wants to become ‘one of the best players in England’ before he even considers quitting Wolverhampton Wanderers.

– Watford and Newcastle want to sign Tottenham left-back Danny Rose, who is out of favour with manager José Mourinho. (Source: Daily Mirror)

– Watford have had a bid rejected for Crystal Palace and Brighton target Hassane Kamara, a 25 year old midfielder. Stade de Reims want €5.5m.

– Arsenal have reportedly identified Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Raul Jimenez as a potential replacement for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

– West Ham have expressed an interest in Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser who is out of contract in the summer. Arsenal are also interested in the Scotsman.

– West Ham are showing interest in Udinese midfielder Seko Fofana.

– West Ham United are interested in re-signing Marseille‘s Dimitri Payet before the window shuts according to L’Équipe. Sky Sports however say the club aren’t keen to bring the player back.

– Brighton have agreed a deal to turn Aaron Mooy’s loan move from Huddersfield into a permanent deal.

– Lyon could be willing to let Bournemouth, West Ham and Leicester target Bertrand Traore depart.

– Leicester and Sheffield United are among the clubs in the chase for Bristol City midfielder Josh Brownhill. He has a £7 million release clause in his Robins contract, only comes into effect during the summer transfer window but City will consider higher offers this month if they come in.

– Chelsea are considering selling goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, with the club looking at potential replacements.

– Sheffield United are hopeful they can keep on-loan Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson at the club for another season and have opened negotiations with the Reds.

– Valencia are weighing up a move to re-sign Manchester City centre-back Nicolas Otamendi this summer. (The Sun)

– Tottenham Hotspur want to re-sign Gareth Bale from Real Madrid and are willing to to pay €30 million (£25.34m) as transfer fee.

– Tottenham have made a bid for 20-year-old Lille midfielder Boubakary Soumare. (L’Equipe)

– Real Sociedad striker Willian Jose wants to join Tottenham with transfer discussions currently ongoing between the two clubs.

– Manchester United defender Cameron Borthwick-Jackson is considering a move to MLS to kickstart his career. (Daily Mail)

– Real Madrid are interested in signing Arsenal teenager Gabriel Martinelli for £50 million.

– Manchester United and Liverpool will have to pay a massive €150 million (£126.95m) as transfer fee for Jadon Sancho.

– AC Milan and Southampton have both inquired about signing Nottingham Forest right-back Matty Cash.

– Ipswich Town and Sunderland are both targetting the loan signing of Manchester City youngster Matt Smith. The 20-year-old midfielder is currently on loan at QPR but is likely to be recalled over lack of game time.

– Sheffield Wednesday appear to be no closer in their quest to sign Crystal Palace frontman Connor Wickham on loan as it appears as if his 60k-per-week wages are the major stumbling block from any temporary switch happening.

– Derby County remain keen on signing Leicester City defender Filip Benkovic on loan for the rest of the season.

– Middlesbrough head coach Jonathan Woodgate has suggested to Teesside Live that centre-back Dael Fry is ‘not for sale’ amidst interest from Premier League side Burnley. Though would be swayed if a club was to bid £30 million for the defender.

– Sheffield United defender Ben Heneghan in no rush to decide future after loan spell with Blackpool comes to an end.

– Leeds United are ‘confident’ Manchester City winger Ian Poveda will be heading to Elland Road after a breakthrough in negotiations, according to Football Insider.

– It is unlikely that either Hull‘s Jarrod Bowen or Newcastle‘s Dwight Gayle will be making the switch to West Brom, according to The Athletic’s Steve Madeley.

– Bristol City are considering a bid for West Ham forward Kai Corbett following a spell on trial with the Robins in the recent 2-2 draw with QPR, The Athletic reports.
