– West Ham have moved to pole position in pursuit of Chelsea’s 23-year-old striker Tammy Abraham, with Aston Villa previously favourites to sign the England international while Wolves and Borussia Dortmund have both also been linked with him. (Football Insider)

– Liverpool defender Ben Davies, 25, does not want to leave the club despite links with Celtic and Bournemouth. (Mail)

– Everton boss Rafael Benitez has asked club chiefs to pursue the signature of Barcelona’s 26-year-old France defender Clement Lenglet. (Fichajes)

– Newcastle United are thought to be interested in signing West Bromwich Albion defender Kyle Bartley. The 30-year-old is expected to leave the club this summer, and Crystal Palace are also keen on him.

– West Ham are still interested in signing Reims striker Boulaye Dia this summer. (The Athletic)

– Defender Kurt Zouma is expected to leave Chelsea this summer, with Everton, Tottenham and Jose Mourinho’s Roma all interested in the 26-year-old Frenchman, who has already turned down an approach from Wolves.(Telefoot on Twitter)

– Stoke City have allowed former Rangers defender Harris O’Connor to train with them with a view to a potential deal with Sunderland and Watford also interested in the 19-year-old, according to the Daily Record.

– West Ham are in talks with Paris St-Germain about signing 28-year-old France goalkeeper Alphonse Areola, who featured for Fulham on loan last season. (Mail)

– Newcastle United boss Steve Bruce is eyeing up a move for Marseille star Boubacar Kamara. That’s according to The Mirror, who report Marseille will consider offers around £15million for the defensive midfielder. The 21-year-old can also fill in at centre-half and has been monitored by Liverpool and Manchester City after making 43 appearances for Les Olympiens last season.

– Newcastle United, Tottenham, Wolves and Southampton are preparing bids for Schalke’s 20-year-old US striker Matthew Hoppe. (90min)

– Arsenal’s England Under-21 midfielder Emile Smith Rowe, 20, who was the subject of two failed bids from Aston Villa, is set to sign a new five-year deal with the Gunners. (Birmingham Mail)

– Watford are keen to sign Denmark defender Jens Stryger, 30 from Udinese, the Italian club owned by the Pozzo family who are majority shareholders at the Hornets. (90mins)

– Tottenham, Leeds and Leicester City target Mikkel Damsgaard is set to become a Premier League player next season with the Denmark star’s agent in talks with a number of English clubs. Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero said the forward, 21, has increased in value following impressive performances at the Euros. (HITC)

– Patrick Vieira wants to sign Eddie Nketiah from his old club Arsenal, with the striker said to be available for £20million, according to reports.

– River Plate forward Julian Alvarez continues to be linked with a move to Aston Villa. Alvarez was mentioned as a potential transfer target for Villa last month. The 21 year-old has finished his stint on international duty with Argentina, who won the Copa America overnight, with the player making one appearance in the competition.

– Jose Mourinho believes Harry Kane will stay at Tottenham, thanks to Daniel Levy’s burning desire to not sell their star asset. (Daily Mirror)

– According to recent reports, Scottish giants Celtic have recently rejected a £15m bid for defender Kristoffer Ajer. That’s according to The Athletic reporter Kieran Devlin, who has confirmed that the Hoops have rejected Brentford’s opening offer of £12m + £3m in add ons.

– A report by Portuguese outlet Record claims that Arsenal are already in negotiations to sign Neves. But given he has a Molineux contract until 2024, they claim he won’t come cheap. A £40m fee in fact.

– Everton manager Rafael Benitez is keen to recruit a right back, with the Toffees looking at Norwich City’s England Under-21 international Max Aarons, 21, and Dutchman Denzel Dumfries, 25, from PSV Eindhoven. (90mins)

– Arsenal have completed the signing of Belgium midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga from Anderlecht in a deal worth £14.9m plus add-ons. The move will be announced after the 21-year-old completes a period of quarantine. (Fabrizio Romano, via Mail on Sunday)
