The game itself saw Swansea City win thanks to Amankwah Forson’s early own goal after just 4 minutes on the clock.
An inviting early cutback across the Norwich box from Eom Ji-sung, with Forson caught wrong-footed, deflecting the ball past his own goalkeeper Angus Gunn from six yards out.

Unused Substitutes: George Long, Grant Hanley, Kaide Gordon, Kellen Fisher.

The result leaves Swansea sitting 11th in the Championship table with 7 points from 5 games, while Norwich are 15th with 5 points from same games played.
Swansea’s Luke Williams, per Sky Sports: “I felt tense throughout the whole game. They created good chances as well but we started well and we were the dominant team in the first half.
“The last 15 minutes were very, very tense and we showed a lot of character to defend and we showed a little bit of everything that we’re about.”
Williams per BBC Sport: “I think it can go either way this game because they created good chances as well. But I think we started the game in the correct way and were probably the dominant team in the first half.
“Then I think the last 15 minutes were very, very tense and we had to show a lot of character to defend the box.
“But that’s good because I think we showed a little bit of everything we are about today and I am going to take the points.
“Sometimes in football you play brilliantly and you don’t get anything, other times the points can go either way and it falls on your side, so I’ll take that.”
Norwich’s Johannes Hoff Thorup, per Sky Sports: “I don’t think we looked comfortable enough in the first half and that’s for all of us to look into.
“We didn’t have the control of the game, we didn’t take care of our chances and we invited them in with a silly goal to begin with. No matter how you perform, you can always concede a goal. It’s about the response afterwards.
“We created two very good chances five-10 minutes after the goal but the game was too open, there was too much back and forth and we didn’t have the control of the game.
“I liked the second half way better, there are still some areas for us to improve and be more effective and show more quality up-front so we could get at least a point from a game like today.”
Thorup, per BBC Sport: “It’s a difficult one to try not to be too disrespectful, because I think Swansea did well – they made a good performance.
“But I think we lose because we perform like we did, especially in the first half where we don’t have the control of the game, we don’t take care of our chances and we invite them in with a silly goal to begin with. We should have taken better care of the individual situations.
“We created two very good chances after the goal, the response was good. But what I don’t like is that it was too open – there was too much back and forth.
“I like the second half way better but everyone can see we need to be more effective and show more quality up front so we can at least get a point today.”
