A Wigan Athletic fan was spotted falling down the steps at the DW Stadium during the FA Cup Third Round clash against Man Utd.
The supporter was seen live on ITV dropping a few steps, landing on their back with onlooking fans watching on in shock.
Man Utd were having a chance at goal at the time, only for the ball to go behind the goal and into the stand.
It would seem an update of sorts has been given, with @Tomsimmwafc writing on Twitter: “My dad helped him up he literally just came flying down he seemed be out of it tbf.”
When asked if he was alright, the reply read: “Ye he’s fine I don’t want make presumption he seemed like was on something cos he stumbled off.”

This comes just two weeks after a Burnley fan was also spotted falling down the steps during the Liverpool game which was live on Amazon Prime on Boxing Day.
The five second clip of the moment showing what happened, has gone on to get nearly a million views, and over 10,000 likes in less than 24 hours of being published online.
According to some fans on social media, the supporter was said to have looked to be ok while another user claimed the back of his head had been cut open with an ambulance crew still treating him after the game had finished.

Twitter users reacted after a Wigan fan was spotted falling down the steps during the FA Cup clash against Man Utd…
@livingstones4: Thought that was Fernandez looking for another penalty?
@DadEmcfc: It was much more realistic than his other attempt!
@MKnowles1913: Dropped his pie.
@kieran_ashton1: These forced footy limbs are getting way outta hand ffs. Embarrassing 🤬🤬
@Josh_T95: Every time I watch this I notice something different. Dragging the tarpaulin down, the people walking along the front glancing up at him, the Friday the 13th looking guy he knocks into, the life insurance ad at the front. Just a superb clip.
@Jay75577255Jay: This is how The Firm need to act in their clobber when we score on Saturday!! @Coventry_City #pusb
@ScotlandBoy1872: Still better limbs than there are at any Man City game
@_yon_mon: The shock of seeing Magennis coming on
@trevormfisher: Didn’t drop his pie though.
@chrisdaws72: How appropriate is the banner next to him?? 🤣🤣
@DannyLannon: Wish we’d stop forcing Limbs!
@PeteONeill_: Hope you’re ok @JamesSaintLatic
@JamesSaintLatic: 🤣🤣 just had enough wanted it all to end!
@Fasn_Designs: Must have been hit by one of Rashford’s wayward kicks 🤣
@BWFC_FANS2023: WHEEEEYYYYYYY
@Bubble18651: Do this at the M.E.N (or whatever it is now) and you’d never stop rolling down the stairs

Speaking after the game to Latics TV, Wigan boss Shaun Maloney praised his side’s performance and the effort they put in against the Premier League giants.
“I am proud of the effort that they put in,” he said.
“It was always going to be a difficult match for us.
“When you play against a team a couple of divisions above, it’s difficult.
“The application of the players was very good.
“The one thing that I will take away is I want even more belief that they can play under pressure.
“I can’t criticise the players at all tonight.
“We had some really good performances, and in games like this, it’s tough because you’re never happy when you get beat.
“I was really happy with the performance and the effort levels, but we’ll be back in tomorrow getting ready for Saturday.”
Erik ten Hag meanwhile said, as per manutd.com: “The FA Cup is all about winning. It’s a knockout. If you have to replay [the tie], it’s two games, but you want to finish the job and that’s exactly the words I used in the dressing room: ‘Job done’.”
“We created in the first half five or six very good chances. It was, I think, good football and we should have taken more from that, but if you don’t score, you have to stay focused and I think that is also what we did.”
On the penalty decision: “I couldn’t tell. I haven’t seen [it since], it’s too far away from my position.”
On INEOS investment: “I think it’s an inspiration. Everyone is optimistic but there’s a lot of work to do. We have had a lot of setbacks. I think in the summer we were on a good way, but it’s a journey, it’s a project. Now we have to deal with some setbacks but we will keep alive, we will survive it, and we will strike back.”
On potentially winning the FA Cup: “I think that is too far [away], you have to go from game to game, especially in the cup. So we take that, but now, first, all our focus is on Spurs [in the Premier League], of course.”
