Viewers spot Jude Bellingham throwing up on the pitch during England’s draw against Germany at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday night.
Channel 4 cameras caught the 18 year old being sick during the closing stages of the Nations League fixture in Munich, after replacing Kalvin Phillips.
Bellingham was arguably the standout performer for the Three Lions, however he seemingly paid the price for his efforts and tireless work as the final whistle approached.

The Borussia Dortmund midfielder was initially named as a substitute but had to come on within the opening 15 minutes when Phillips failed to shake an early knock then limped off the pitch and straight down the tunnel before sitting next to the subs watching the game play out.
Bellingham delivered a hugely impressive performance in his role as a deep-lying playmaker, however couldn’t inspire England to victory.
Germany went ahead just five minutes into the second half through Hofmann, collecting a short pass before hitting the ball past Jordan Pickford from inside the box. England equalised from the penalty spot after Kane was adjudged to have been fouled by Nico Schlotterbeck, with the Spurs forward sending Manuel Neuer the wrong way.
Harry Kane’s 50th international goal was seemingly a controversial one for some, after a VAR review, Nico Schlotterbeck’s trip on Kane handed the England captain a late penalty which he quickly dispatched past Manuel Neuer to move to within three goals of Wayne Rooney’s 53-goal record.
Spanish referee Carlos del Cerro Grande initially turned down the penalty appeals but reversed his decision after seeing a video replay of the incident.
While Kane was brought down by Schlotterbeck, fans questioned whether he was in an offside position in the build-up to the incident.
Jack Grealish went forwards with the ball before playing a pass in the direction of Raheem Sterling.
The ball then deflects to Kane, who at first glance appears to be stood in an offside position.
However, replays showed the ball had deflected off a Germany player who had intentionally played the ball.
Harry Kane was in an offside position when the first pass was played, but the ball was then deliberately played by a Germany defender.
Thus there can be no offside against Kane as the phase is reset. #GERENG pic.twitter.com/A6i7zAv960

England manager Gareth Southgate: “To respond in the way they did was fantastic, I thought in the balance of the overall game it was well deserved.
“It’s an important sign for them as much as anything – of course for everybody else watching, but when you’re in a team, this group, with still seven or eight who got us to a World Cup semi-final, that’s why those players are so important to us because that core of the team put their bodies on the line for each other and on nights like that you have to do that to get a result.
“With the quality we had on show, we thought we had to raise the bar. We could see the game was there for us when we got the ball the other side of their midfield, we were in business. In the second half, we started a little bit slowly out of possession. We weren’t aggressive enough with our pressure and conceded.”
Germany head coach Hansi Flick: “I think Schlotterbeck didn’t even see Kane coming. He was watching in a completely different direction. I spoke to the referee after the game and had a lively discussion but it is something you just have to grin and bear it – it is a decision, full stop.”
Jude Bellingham said during the international break that much more needs to be done to tackle racism as he reflects on the abuse that his England teammates suffered after the Euro 2020 final defeat.
Bellingham admits that he is still shocked at how quickly admiration for his teammates turned to hate, telling CNN: ‘The biggest take away from the whole experience for me was the contrast.
‘I think you look at the run into the final, it felt like the country had united and it felt like we were heading on the same path. We had players, black players in the team, players of all different backgrounds from all different countries in the team.
‘And then as soon as they missed the penalty, they’re not English, they’re just black.
‘Anyone could miss a penalty. Anyone can make a mistake in their line of work. But it’s impossible to be criticised like that. It should never happen. They are human.’
He added: ‘Look at what Marcus has done with feeding the children. He’s bringing out books. He’s supporting people in that way.
‘Jadon’s got pitches in London, I think, released some boots that a load of people from his area felt proud of. Bukayo similar. All top, top characters.
‘And then you see them kind of brought down like that. It’s disgusting, but it’s hard to take, to be honest, as a teammate. It’s really like … wow, because that could have been me.
‘What if it was me who missed the pen? All of a sudden, you’re English for seven games, you miss a pen and you’re nothing.
‘I’m a footballer. I turn up, I play football, I go home. I don’t think there’s a single job in the world where you deserve to be criticised with racism.
‘But, you know, that’s the world we live in. And that’s why we’ve got to do more. That’s why the people in power have got to do more.’
Hard earned point in a difficult place against a tough side. Thanks for the travelling support.❤️ pic.twitter.com/ZD8UMqiyVL
