Viewers chose to criticise Sky Sports over a constant obvious mistake they kept making during Liverpool v Sheffield United on Sunday.
The Sky Sports commentator for the Reds’ 2-0 victory over the Chris Wilder’s side left fans frustrated by making the error repeatedly.
The broadcaster showed Jurgen Klopp’s side securing their first Premier League win in nine attempts, putting the Anfield outfit back up to 6th in the Premier League table. It’s not so good for Sheffield United who are now 15 points from safety.
While the German boss fielded a strong starting lineup against the bottom side, he was forced to change goalkeepers.
Adrian came into the squad for Brazilian shot-stopper Alisson, who was given compassionate leave following the death of his father last week.
Yet despite the many reports on the passing of Alisson’s Dad, the commentator must have somehow not heard about it as he kept referring to Liverpool’s number two goalkeeper as “Alisson” throughout the broadcast instead of Adrian.
And yet despite making the mistake, his colleagues failed to correct him on and just let him carry on with the errors throughout the whole game. You’d think they would have seen the team-sheet prior the game or at least have it in front of them.

Liverpool’s Spanish goalkeeper put in an impressive performance for his first senior game since the end of October.
He made a heartfelt tribute to the Reds’ number one amid the news of his father’s passing.
Writing on Twitter, the 34-year-old said: “Well earned three points tonight… happy to be back between the sticks again getting a lovely clean sheet.
“This one is for you, hermano Alisson.”

Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder said: “You’ve got to be at your best to beat Liverpool and take no notice of their last two or three games, they’re still one of the top sides in England and Europe. So you have to be at your best and have your best players available and be on the top of your form and unfortunately, at the moment, we’re not.
“Aaron [Ramsdale] has kept us in the game in the first half, but I would expect for any team like us in the bottom half [of the table] to get a result against Liverpool, your goalkeeper has got to play well, which he did in the first half.
“There were little half chances but it’s another goal that goes with a catalogue of incredibly poor goals. Our defending this year, continuity plays a key but certainly individual mistakes, there’s a mis-timed tackle that led to the first goal and we’ve got enough bodies around the ball for the second goal to cut that out. Obviously, it’s a deflection and you’re 2-0 down against some really top players and it turns into a last 20/25 minutes.
“I’ve looked at their faces in the changing room and they’ve given absolutely everything. I think it’s quite easy for people to question, which they wouldn’t if they knew the players. If they knew what I’m seeing, this is a really tough gig for them and all of us at the moment because of the season that we’ve had.
“The players mirror the spirit of the supporters, they mirror the club, I believe they mirror how I want my team to play. I don’t think anybody can question their attitude or commitment, they give it everything and sometimes, you’re just not good enough and you haven’t got that quality to really compete. For long periods of this season, we haven’t shown our qualities.”
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp said: “I’m not sure if you ever play well enough to be honest, especially when you don’t score.
“You can imagine our situation, it’s not as if we’re in the dressing room thinking ‘all good, we will score’, but the plan was to keep going and do the same stuff because in the moments when we played exactly how we wanted to play, they couldn’t deal with us and we arrived pretty much in front of the goalie, but Aaron Ramsdale played an incredible game and had a few outstanding saves, Adrian as well.
“You know that Sheffield United have lost a lot of games, but all with the smallest margin you can get and it’s clear that these games stay exciting until the end.
“In the first half, we should have scored three times and then the two goals and I think Robbo [Robertson] could have had a hat-trick tonight, so it just shows how what we created was really good and the finishing was, in the end, good enough for tonight but we know we need to improve.
“It was very important [the result] because plenty of people have written us off and that’s completely fine. It’s about us to show we are still there and tonight, we showed that. On Thursday, we play Chelsea and we have to show it again.
“But with all the problems we’ve had, we’re still around the exciting places and that’s where we want to be, where we want to fight for and that’s what we will do.
“I have never thought about controlling the situation or whatever, you just have to win football games, we know that and the rest is controlled by itself and it’s always like this. There’s no way without results into the Champions League and that’s what we need. We got it tonight and now we keep on going.”
