Videos emerge of Arsenal fans thrown down the stairs and chased by West Ham fans during Sunday’s game at the London Stadium.
It would seem a number of Arsenal fans were in the home end ‘undercover’ with some being found out as seen in shocking footage below.

Arsenal fans bragged about being in the home end, one supporter from Australia told AFTV: Ah, I squeezed my mates’ hand so f***ing tight.
“You know, came from Australia, so that was the only way we’re going to get tickets. I know I wasn’t going to miss it.
“There are lots of Arsenal fans all around us though. Lots in the home. Many of them yeah.
“People speaking French behind me talking about how great Arsenal are. This is the first time I’ve actually worn an Arsenal top to an Arsenal game, which is… yeah.”
A spokesperson for Met Police said, as per The Sun: āMet officers arrested four people at the London Stadium on Sunday, 10 May following the fixture between West Ham United and Arsenal.
āTwo men ā aged 48 and 36 ā were arrested on suspicion of affray and assault, while one teenage boy was arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated assault.
āAll were taken into custody where they remain. Police continue to work with the football club while enquiries into the respective incidents continue.
āAnother man, aged 31, was arrested for possession of a Class B substance.ā

The game itself saw Leandro Trossard’s late deflected strike boost Arsenal’s hopes of winning their first league title for 22 years. Highlights and talking points from the game can be see HERE.
West Ham thought they had levelled through Callum Wilson in stoppage time, only to be disallowed by VAR for a foul by Pablo on Arsenal keeper David Raya.
It means that the Gunners are now five points clear of Man City with a game in hand, while West Ham stay in the relegation zone. Tottenham play Leeds on Monday.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta said to Match of the Day, as per BBC Sport’s live blog: “I think we started the game so well. We created three big chances but didn’t manage to score the goal, then Ben White’s injury comes in and we have to adjust that. It doesn’t really work out and half-time we have to change Calafiori as well, another change, so it’s not ideal. But I think we showed a lot of courage with the changes and the persons that bring. I think we got rewarded because Martin made an incredible action to win us the game, apart from David’s save in the 70th minute.
“In the end, this is the beauty of the Premier League. In all this chaos and with the keeper in your box, they managed to score. The referee and the VAR today had a lot of courage to stop and analyse the action and give the opportunity to the referee to make the call. I think nobody would disagree that it is a clear foul because David has the ball almost in his hands and they don’t allow him to do that and they take advantage to score the goal.”
On waiting before the disallowed goal: “My instinct, because I watched it live, is that it was going to be a foul. But I understand and today I realised for the referees to be in that position and make that call and change the course of one the two teams, what a responsibility. What a big call.”
On David Raya’s save:Ā “If you want the chance to major trophies, you need moments and actions and the individuals creating those magic moments and David certainly – like Martin Odegaard – created a moment to win us the game.”
West Ham ‘incensed’ after having injury-time goal ruled out as Arsenal go five points clear
West Ham boss Nuno Espirito Santo said to Sky Sports:
“The way the game finished – we’re all upset of course.
“I didn’t pay attention to the replay just to not get more upset but there’s a referee, there’s VAR, there’s circumstances in the past that would be judged different. Let’s not say much further than that.
“Due to the recent seasons it’s been happening and even the referees don’t know what is a foul, what isn’t a foul. It creates a lot of doubt and speculation around it.
“Let’s look at the game overall, before that we had a good chance. We made a good match – character, belief, how we played and went for it. Overall a good performance which in the end doesn’t come away with the result we wanted, needed and expected. We lost the game, finished.
“It was about being pragmatic, how to exploit weaknesses with our wing-backs and with exception to the goal we didn’t allow much to Arsenal. Tough team we played against, stadium was amazing – the noise, energy so thank you to fans. It’s our responsibility to bounce back, next two games and let’s fight until the last second.
“The idea was to press with wing-backs high and create a higher defensive line and the three boys did an amazing job.”
Safety possible?Ā “We are on it. It is our obligation, responsibility of defending a big club like West Ham.
Watching Spurs on Monday?Ā “We watch every game – let’s see what happens. Time to rest and prepare well for Newcastle. Anything can happen.”

@AliBoi531149921: Man went down like West Ham ššš
@youngfeliix: Nah canāt defend this tbh. If youāre in the home section behave yourself. This lad was celebrating in the home end.
@SteveLinton7: Iāve got no issue with away fans being in the home end ā Iāve done it myself plenty of times. But thereās a way to go about it: show respect, donāt wear colours, and donāt draw attention to yourself. If you ignore that, you canāt really complain about the reaction or treatment you might get.
@tweedy151: Honestly grow up. Someone supports a different football club to you – deal with it ffs.
@tdog1410: you know the risks of being in the home end as an away fans. dont play silly games if you cant take the consequences,
@WHUFC_Woody: I canāt condone the violence, but if youāre going to sit in the wrong end, be subtle, be respectful and keep your mouth shut, otherwise youāre asking for troubleā¦
@Paddy_MCR: Donāt condone violence at football but what the fuck are you doing in the home end š¤£š¤£
@VanceBulla: Why would you? Of all places. Just watch in pub. If you are gonna go, keep schtum and sit on your hands
@GoonerAfcEssex: I’ve sat in the home end with my son who’s a west ham fan in the past, just don’t cheer if we score. It’s simple
