His goal cancelled out Andre Ayew’s opener who managed to tap in from a rebound after just a minute.
After Clucas levelled for the Potters midway through the first half, substitute Scott Hogan went on to score the winner in the final moments.
The result meant Swansea slipped down to 4th in the Championship table, Stoke remain bottom but close the gap on Reading and Barnsley who are also in the relegation zone.
The result and Clucas’ goal clearly left fans of his former club bitter, one young lad took to threaten violence on him in a video going viral.
He can be heard saying: “Er Clucas, you ginger bean right, I’m not being funny right, you celebrate in front of our fans again, you celebrate and start mouthing, I will slap you up mate, I will slap you up, not like it’s going to happen but…”
