A Southend United player has been banished to the under-23s team after he was seen in a video celebrating with the Dover Athletic players after his side’s FA Cup upset to them.
Harry Lennon is seen on a Instagram story in his Shrimpers club tracksuit at a pub alongside Dover winger Jack Munns just hours after the non-league club dumped them out of the FA Cup thanks to Ruel Sotiriou’s late winner.

Manager Sol Campbell has now decided that the centre-back will not be in his side for this week’s Leasing.com Trophy clash against AFC Wimbledon at Roots Hall.
He said: “It’s a situation you come across every now and again but we’ve got to find out exactly what went on and that’s key,” said Campbell.
“We will assess it from there but he’s not training with the first team at the moment.
“He’s been demoted to the under-23s and we will take it from there but he won’t be considered for the game tomorrow.”
