After finding out about Blackburn manager Tony Mowbray being sent off for his ‘confrontation’ with a Sheffield United ballboy this week, fans took to give their reaction…
Gowan Tony lad

Why is this attitude being punished? Mogga is dead right but now the ball boy has been given the green light to continue this behaviour. We all have a responsibility to address dishonest behaviour, but this sort of action just discourages people from doing so

Football would be a far better place if every manager had the morals, sportsmanship and integrity of Mogga and it shows how bad referees have got. Let’s hope Blackburn have to go to Elland Road and their ball boy cheats before the Boro and he has a word with them.

You can believe every word of that 100% as well can't you

Good on Mogga for this, but maybe he should start with the officials about honesty and integrity

@jamesy_utb: When a legend speaks….listen.
@wallsendredicko: This is quite stupendous! Just when I thought Tony Mowbray couldn’t be a nicer better man then I already knew he was ?? the game is gone the ref should hang his head in shame ☹️
@Brown_Dog74: Never one to give away managers stick… and I really thought that was pathetic and back up TM on that one. Had to have a yellow for leaving his area I guess, but had shook hands with the ball boy and that was it, or should’ve been.
@8balltiger: He grabbed the refs arm when he produced the yellow.
@GallacherSteve: I was on row A bang in front of it. Had a go 1st time bad enough 2nd time. A chat and hand shake why. And he didn’t throw ball away????
@tyronej1984: Shite game in truth, but at least Tony Mowbray made it marginally entertaining. #twitterblades #SUFC
