Frustrating times continue for Chesterfield and it’s gone from bad to worse with the club slumping to the bottom of the table.
The National League side’s 2-1 defeat to Bromley sees them now five points from safety after not winning any of their opening ten fixtures.
Supporters of the club are losing their patience of waiting to see their side bag their first three points of the season.
So much so that they made their feelings known to the players at full time yesterday afternoon, however it turned into an argument.
The players ended up walking away back towards the dugout, only for the fans to sing “You’re not fit to wear the shirt!”

According to Derbyshire Times, John Sheridan’s position as Chesterfield manager not ‘under discussion’ or ‘under pressure’.
Defender Will Evans said on the club website after the game rather than Sheridan, he said: “It’s very frustrating with the run of form we are in.
“To get back into the game, we were on top and I thought the momentum was with us.
“To concede within 15 seconds is criminal really and we need to assess the situation.
“The gaffer can work on defending goals like the second one all week and we do.
“Once we go on the field of play it’s down to us.
“It doesn’t matter what we do in training we have just got to stay switched on.”
Next up for the Spireites is a home game against 8th place Torquay United on Saturday.
The player revealed what they plan to work on, saying: “I think we just need to take the positives.
“I know there wasn’t many but there were some.
“We scored a goal and actually played well in patches.
“We’ve got to sustain those patches and cut out the silly mistakes.
“We have to organise each other and demand more from each other.”
After watching Chesterfield players argue with their own fans following the 2-1 defeat by Bromley, social media users took to slam the club – see those tweets on the next page.
