• Burnley. Keen to sign Steve Cook from Bournemouth. Cost about 8. Selling Tarkowksi would give them funds. Dawson at Watford and Dann at Palace also on list.

• Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Sheffield United are considering bringing in former Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge, who is a free agent since getting released by Trabzonspor in March. (Daily Mail)

• Lazio have agreed on a salary and contract for Shkodran Mustafi as they look to bring the Arsenal defender back to Italy, according to a report.

• Manchester United have reportedly ramped up their interest in signing Chelsea defensive midfielder N’Golo Kante before the transfer window closes.

• Jack Wilshere is open to playing abroad as he tries to get his injury-ravaged career back on track following two frustrating years at West Ham. (Mail on Sunday)

• Leeds United are willing to make a late move for Norwich midfielder Todd Cantwell, according to a report, with Newcastle, Manchester United, Tottenham and Liverpool among those said to be interested.

• AC Milan and Roma have joined the list of clubs who want to sign Max Aarons from Norwich City.

• According to La Grada, Sheffield United and Burnley have emerged as the latest suitors in the race to sign reported Arsenal target Marc Roca ahead of the deadline. The talented Spain U21 international is seemingly set to move clubs.

• Brentford boss Thomas Frank has for an end to Said Benrahma’s transfer uncertainty. The likes of West Ham and Crystal Palace remain keen on the Algerian winger, but are yet to make a concrete offer which matches Brentford’s asking price.

• Sheff Wed. Up to 25 a week with offer to pay some of Zohore’s wages on a loan. West Brom still want more.

• West Ham are actively pursuing a deal for Juventus central defender Daniele Rugani, according to reports. Juventus reportedly want as little as £20million for the defender who in previous seasons left a massive impression in Turin.

• ExWHUemployee has claimed that West Ham’s interest in signing Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland is dead for the moment, suggesting that David Moyes has no need to sign a new goalkeeper as things stand.

• Inter Milan sports director Piero Ausilio has squashed the rumours linking Chelsea midfielder N’golo Kante with a move to Italy.

• According to reports, Chris Smalling is now a target to Serie A outfit Inter Milan.

• According to Marca, Everton have falling short in their proposal for Valencia and Holland goalkeeper, Jasper Cillessen. The Spanish side are reportedly seeking a fee upwards of £30million before they allow the keeper to leave.

• Everton are willing to sell Jonjoe Kenny this summer, but The Sun on Sunday reports that the Toffees want at least £10 million for the right-back.

• Celtic could put £30m-rated striker Odsonne Edouard on the market ahead of next week’s transfer deadline, with Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Brighton & Hove Albion ‘admirers’ of the Frenchman. (Sun on Sunday)

• Burnley are tracking Celtic ace Ryan Christie and are set to make a big money bid in the final few weeks of the transfer window. (Daily Record)

• Leeds United, Aston Villa, West Brom and Wolves are amongst the Premier League sides to have shown an interest in Teemu Pukki this summer, but PA (via Express and Star) reports that Norwich City are set to keep the striker. Expects a battle to keep him in January.

• Liverpool will hold talks with Motherwell defender Sam Campbell after they, Leeds United and Brighton had bids accepted for the 16-year-old. (Football Insider)

• Udinese have told Leeds United they will only accept an offer of £40m for Argentine midfielder Rodrigo de Paul, 26. (90 min)

• Liverpool’s 20-year-old striker Rhian Brewster wants to speak to Crystal Palace about a potential £20m move, although Sheffield United and Aston Villa are also interested in the England Under-21 international. (Sun on Sunday)

• Man Utd have also joined the race for 16-year-old Argentine Alex Luna, who plays for Atletico Rafaela in his home country, and are ready to battle AC Milan for the striker’s signature – even though he may not arrive until 2022.(Sunday Mirror)

• Manchester United are still in the chase for Porto’s Brazilian left-back Alex Telles – and are reportedly confident a deal will soon be agreed for the 26-year-old. (Star)

• Torino no longer want to sign Arsenal’s Lucas Torreira and although Atletico Madrid remain interested in a loan, the Gunners would prefer a permanent move for the Uruguay midfielder, 24. (Football London)

• Reliable West Ham ITK, ExWHUemployee, has squashed journalist Nicolo Schira’s claims that Declan Rice has agreed terms with Chelsea.

• Manchester United recently rejected an exclusive chance to sign Eintracht Frankfurt winger Filip Kostic for £27million.

• PSG are interested in signing Chelsea centre-back Antonio Rudiger. West Ham are interested in taking him on loan.

• West Ham have been offered the chance to sign Kevin Malcuit and have rejected the opportunity, report AreaNapoli on Saturday.

• Leeds United are ‘approaching an agreement’ to sign Gyrano Kerk. The 24-year-old attacker scored 10 goals and provided eight assists in a reduced Eredivisie season. (De Telegraaf)

• Everton are on the verge of signing BK Häcken youngster Imam Jagne, according to claims on Saturday afternoon.

• Everton are in talks to sign Barcelona centre-back Jean-Clair Todibo on loan. (The Independent)

• Loris Karius is on the verge of leaving Liverpool on loan again, report Kicker.

• Tottenham and Inter Milan are still in talks over a possible deal for defender Milan Škriniar, however, the Inter president insists the Slovakian is “not on the market”. (Sky Sports)

• Grant McCann remains hopeful that Hull City will add another signing to their squad before next weekend’s home clash with Plymouth Argyle. Premier League midfielder is close to moving, medical done, details agreed, will be season-long loan. He did confirm it was not Leeds’s Robbie Gotts nor would it be Liverpool youngster Herbie Kane.

• Northampton. Keen on centre half Inniss at Palace.

• West Brom. Diallo at Metz the latest speedy forward they want on loan. Big rental fee but comes off price if they buy. Joins a queue with Grant at Huddersfield and Niang at Rennes.
