Take a look at all of the latest the transfer talk for the Premier League…

• Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly lining up a £13m offer for Watford attacker Will Hughes. The 25-year-old has been with Watford since July 2017, making 87 appearances for the Hornets in all competitions, contributing six goals and 10 assists in the process.

• BURNLEY. Taking big interest in Delph at EVERTON. One of those who fits the vacancy left by Hendrick. Down to price etc.

• BIRMINGHAM. Hope VILLA will help them to do the Scott Hogan deal. Make an offer that works and also helps striker leave.

• VILLA. Face genuine competition from SPURS for Ollie Watkins. BRENTFORD sell to best bidder. Player goes to best club for him.

• FULHAM. Joined the Harry Wilson race. LIVERPOOL still want too much for him (20 or so). Could happen if drops. Fits their bill. Talented, domestic experience.

• LEEDS. Hanging on in Connor Gallagher race. Could go out on loan once signs a deal. PALACE been leaders but also have Batshuayi on radar and can’t do both.

• SHEFF U. Looks like Lundstram stays. Buyers holding back when free in a year. RANGERS have an interest and could pre-contract as early as January.

• WOLVES. Keeping an eye on Serge Aurier (despite reports he initially rejected club). Linked with Milan and PSG, still at SPURS. Poss swap or buy to replace Doherty. Maitland-Niles thing still to be done.

• NEWCASTLE. Wilson might have to take a small pay cut to sign. BOURNEMOUTH wages still high, no relegation clause. VILLA still in chase but Toon trying hard. Holding should get done on loan. (Alan Nixon)
