• Leeds United have met with the entourage of target Nicolas Gonzalez as they step up their pursuit of the Stuttgart striker. Borussia Dortmund, Inter, AC Milan, Roma, Lazio and Napoli are also interested in the forward.

• Ajax are in the hunt for a loan move for Tottenham’s Ryan Sessegnon. His former club Fulham are also interested in a short-term return for the winger. (Source: Guardian)

• QPR and Middlesbrough are chasing 23 year old Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Luke Amos.

• Stuttgart are set to complete the signing of Stoke City starlet Mohamed Sankoh, 16, seeing off competition from a number of clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, AC Milan and Atalanta.

• Tottenham are aiming to rise funds to sign right-back Zeki Celik by offloading Serge Aurier or Leeds linked Juan Foyth.

• Benfica have rejected West Brom’s offer to re-sign Filip Krovinovic on loan for a second consecutive season, according to Record. The Baggies don’t want to pay more than £9m for him.

• Brentford are plotting a move to sign Barnsley attacker Jacob Brown as a potential replacement for Ollie Watkins, Football Insider understands.

• According to a report from the Peterborough Telegraph, Peterborough United have agreed a fee with Barnet for youngster Ronnie Edwards, but Championship outfit Brentford have now entered the chase.

• Leeds United and West Brom are interested in Hull City midfielder Leonardo da Silva Lopes, according to a report by Football Insider. The Tigers are facing a major battle in keeping hold of him this summer and have already rejected a £1.75 million bid from New York Red Bulls for him in January but are unlikely to stand in his way of a move away now.

• Greek website Sdna claim Nottingham Forest are interested in Levadiakos striker Fotis Ioannidis. Panathinaikos were said to have been close to reaching an agreement with Levadiakos over the player but Forest are now in pole position, offering better terms, and a decision over his future will be made in the coming days. He scored five goals in 20 appearances for the Greek second division club this season.

• West Ham United are not set to make an offer for highly rated Nottingham Forest full-back Matty Cash imminently and need to sell players before making a bid for the 23-year-old, according to Football Insider.

• Leeds United are set to complete the £900,000 signing of Wigan Athletic’s Joe Gelhardt early next week, reports the Daily Star.

• Liverpool are reportedly eyeing up a move for Brighton’s young defender Ben White, after sending scouts to examine his progress while he was on loan with Leeds.

• Fulham are interested in signing Oliver Skipp from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window, according to The London Evening Standard.

• A transfer deal to take MK Dons midfielder Alex Gilbey to Charlton Athletic is thrown into doubt after the Addicks’ ownership turmoil escalated.

• Branislav Ivanovic is keen to test himself in the Premier League again but, according to Bleacher Report, Fulham is a more likely destination than Everton at present.

• QPR plan to reopen contract talks with Bright Osayi-Samuel after he rejected a move to Club Brugge. The Belgian outfit recently had a £4.7m bid for the midfielder accepted but he stalled over the transfer and asked for time to make a decision. Gives West Brom hope in tempting him away from Loftus Road.

• According to recent reports, Crystal Palace are set to battle Fulham for the summer signing of 25 year old Southampton midfielder, Harrison Reed.

• Southampton have made a move to beat Leeds United to the signing of Liverpool dazzler Harry Wilson, Football Insider understands.

• Charlton’s situation presents an opportunity for Blackburn, Derby, Cardiff, Middlesbrough and Huddersfield in their potential swoop for Dillon Phillips. The 25-year-old has one year left on his contract and the added economic uncertainty that evolves round Lee Bowyer’s will only serve to depreciate his value.

• Fulham chairman Shahid Khan has pledged not to repeat the mistakes of the past and build on a squad which “bled, battled and sacrificed” to win promotion back to the Premier League. The last time they were in it, they spent over £100m, only to suffer relegation.

• Crewe Alexandra are weighing up a move to bring back former Leeds and Bolton midfielder Luke Murphy, as per a report by Cheshire Live.

• Sheffield Wednesday are keen to bring Josh Windass to the club on a permanent basis and have made tentative initial enquiries over a deal with Wigan Athletic, The Star understands.

• AC Milan could reignite interest in West Ham transfer target Antonee Robinson from Wigan claims Sempremilan.com. He could leave the Latics for £2.7m, although the left-back could be available for a £1.5m release clause after the Championship’s relegation.

• Chelsea have a long line of suitors queuing up to try and poach 20 year old Conor Gallagher. Newcastle, Southampton, Crystal Palace, Fulham and Leeds want him. He did say he would be happy to return to Swansea.

• Wolves have reportedly made an approach to sign highly-sought after Norwich City defender Max Aarons. He is also wanted by Aston Villa, Everton, Tottenham and Bayern Munich.
