FAN REACTION:
@jane36london: I take it all the clubs who want to end the season now will be refunding all their sponsors, advertisers, season ticket holders etc? What about relegations from the NL in various scenarios? Clubs surely need more time to understand the various consequences of different outcomes
@dblackmore66: Should be a separate vote for NLN and NLS too. No good reason why not.
@Jack_W_jolly: Fair play to @wellingunited
@BeefyJackMcBeef: Dover will be pleased, stop them being relegated!
@spasypaddy: I speak for all of Barnet FC when I say #nullandvoid
@WillB_2003: So step 2 voided it looks like
@hyamzy1: Null and void
@andilong: What options for those who don’t wish to continue but the league decides it will ? Can they refuse to play / take on loans and give the result to the opposition ??
@TimReilly20: So if clubs apply for grants and get knocked back cos their finances are in order, how can they say we can’t afford to carry on?
@TrevB58: If clubs say no, because their financial situation means loans are unsustainable, but the majority vote is to continue, what happens next to the “no’s”? They can’t be forced to play, so how do they withdraw and keep the integrity of the league?
@tomshaw___: all the tinpot clubs in red shock
@JoshButlerBUFC: Promote all those who want to carry on and run 2 leagues at step 1
@HtfcPatrick: I have been vocal about being misled with regards grants, but we would like to see the season finished if at all possible and will discuss accordingly.
