There was some superb sh*thousery this week as Reading fans take their protest towards owner Dai Yongge to a whole new level.
It came leading up to the Royals’ local derby against Oxford United, displaying a series of messages sith a warning for Dai.
Sell Before We Dai tweeted on Tuesday: “Morning all 👋🏻 With a takeover deal seemingly yet to be agreed, we’ve been getting busy. #ReadingFC #SellBeforeWeDai
“Previously, our protests had been based in Reading and Eastleigh.
“Yesterday, we wanted our latest action to hit a little bit closer to home for Dai Yongge.
“Football has an ownership problem.
“It may be your club next. More clubs will be added to this graphic without serious action.
“These clubs have faced administration, liquidation or worrying ownership uncertainty – either in the past or present.
“An Independent Football Regulator is needed now.
“The English football pyramid is a ticking time bomb.
“You’ve ruined our fun at the SCL, so we thought we’d give you a shout out at Les Ambassadeurs, your favourite casino.
“Merry Christmas Dai Yongge, we hope you like your present!
Reading fans took their protest against bad owners to the Houses of Parliament, highlighting a need for an independent regulator run by a top KC to be introduced.
“The Gambler – Dai Yongge. Gambled on the Prem, took us to League One.
“The Unwanted Visitor – Kia Joorabchian. When he gets involved, clubs suffer. Must be a coincidence…right #efc fans?
“The… well, nobody is sure what he does – Dayong Pang. CEO (allegedly).
“Points deductions are not part of the solution, nor can they be seen as a sustainable way of punishing clubs.
“How can we be satisfied with the Independent Disciplinary Commission’s decisions when you haven’t been 100% of the time.
“The Independent Regulator can’t come quick enough.
“Football needs change, not continuity.”

Nick Houlton of @SellBeforeWeDai said: “As soon as Dai sells the club, the pressure stops.
“He must strike a takeover deal before we face even more financial pain. This action wasn’t just for Reading FC, but the countless other clubs facing financial difficulties because of poor ownership and outside vested interests.
“We hope this action continues the conversation about football’s ownership problems and highlights further the need for an Independent Football Regulator.”
The group, who was launched back in June to put pressure on Yongge to sell the club, have grown frustrated at reported claims that talks over a sale are in progress, though it’s now believed that discussions have stalled in recent weeks.
The protest also headed for EFL HQ in London, the £45m London home of Dai Yongge, listed as the most expensive property currently on the market in the capital, and also made the trip to Les Ambassadeurs casino in Mayfair, highlighting their own club’s plight as well as the poor running of West Bromwich Albion, Sheffield Wednesday, Morecambe FC and Southend United.
It comes a week after protest were seen on national TV, showing tennis balls protest in Reading’s FA Cup clash at National League side Eastleigh, having seen new legislative measures for football ownership talked about in Parliament in November.

Top S’housery from Reading fans in relation to the club owner who spends more time with a pair of twos at the casino than he does paying the wages at the club. https://t.co/M3ZRuVMUKs
