Viewers were left amused as Sam Allardyce cheekily attempts to ‘bribe’ the fourth official before Leeds go on to lose at West Ham.
The Whites’ boss couldn’t believe his luck when Rodrigo scored the opening goal for the visitors at the London Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Allardyce was pleasantly surprised when he noticed a five-pound bill that had been blown across, just behind the fourth official.
One for the ages…

He laughed as he tried in a jovial manner to give the official the bill, but instead ended up walking away and placed it in his pocket while having a laugh with his staff members.
Declan Rice soon equalised for West Ham, and Patrick Bamford suffered a hamstring injury.
Allardyce’s side were desperately trying to remain in the Premier League, sitting in the bottom three ahead of kick off.
They went out of the drop zone, a point ahead of Everton when going 1-0 up, but lost 2-1, when Jarrod Bowen got the host’s second after slipping in and poked into the far corner, VAR deeming it onside.
Then West Ham made it 3-1. A corner was played short and Lucas Paquetá did really well to evade a couple of challenges before finding Manuel Lanzini, who slots in.
WHAT A GOAL! 🚀🚀🚀

Big Sam does have some previous when it comes to bribing.
A English football scandal in 2016 was a sports corruption scandal which took place on the 26th of September 2016 following the publishing of the first part of the Daily Telegraph newspaper’s “Football for Sale” investigation into corruption in English football.
It resulted in the resignation of then-England national football team manager Sam Allardyce after only one game in charge, as well as the sacking or suspension of numerous EFL club staff, including Barnsley assistant manager Tommy Wright.
He took charge of just one game in charge of the Three Lions, which was a 1-0 FIFA World Cup qualifying win over Slovakia.
He became embroiled in a corruption scandal when damning footage of him – secretly filmed by journalists from The Telegraph in the UK posing as businessmen – was revealed to the public. The vision showed the manager talking about how to beat third-party ownership rules.
He then resigned from his post in the fallout from the saga.
“Allardyce’s conduct, as reported today, was inappropriate of the England manager,” an FA statement read. “He accepts he made a significant error of judgement and has apologised. However, due to the serious nature of his actions, The FA and Allardyce have mutually agreed to terminate his contract with immediate effect.
“This is not a decision that was taken lightly but The FA’s priority is to protect the wider interests of the game and maintain the highest standards of conduct in football. The manager of the England men’s senior team is a position which must demonstrate strong leadership and show respect for the integrity of the game at all times.”
