There is talk online that Andrew Robertson and keeper Alisson allegedly fought each other in the dressing room with Klopp left furious.
It’s bleak times at the Merseyside outfit right now and now they fear missing out on the European places completely come the end of the season.
Jurgen Klopp even admitted after the loss at the weekend that their battle to defend the title is now over with the club 13 points behind leaders Man City in the Premier League table.
On Saturday, the Reds fell to a 3-1 loss with goals from James Maddison, Jamie Vardy and Harvey Barnes inflicting a fifth defeat in their last seven games; Mohamed Salah had earlier put the visitors in front.
Now a social media post is going viral with claims that Jurgen Klopp could be set to leave the club following a bust up in the dressing room.
It read: Sources from inside the Liverpool FC believe that Jurgen Klopp will resign in the next few days following the dressing room incident after the loss to Leicester City yesterday.
One of the kit staff (source protected) said: “He (Klopp) has lost the dressing room, he just watched a fist fight between Becks and Robbo before saying ‘fuck this’ and walking out. He didn’t travel back with us.”
Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers told BT Sport after the game: “I’m very proud of the team. I think a year ago if we’d gone behind in the game, we’d have been disappointed and not got something from it. I thought in the second half we were much better in our defensive aggression, and that allows us to attack the game with more aggression. The players adapted really well.
“When the game broke down for them, we had the space to exploit, and I think the players managed it well. Harvey was incredible with his composure and finish. Defensively very, very good, we had to work, fight, run and then we had quality to get the goals.
“[Top four and beyond?] There’s still a long way to go, it’s probably not what you want to hear. There’s 14 games, but we’re certainly not getting carried away with anything. You have to have humility at the top level against such top teams. Today was a great result for us, a great performance against the champions.”

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp: “Yes. I don’t think we can close the gap,” he said after a third straight Premier League defeat.
“We have to win football games and big parts of the football were really good. We have to avoid mistakes and misunderstandings.
“Today we didn’t do that. The rest of the game was really good. First we have to perform again, results are massively related to the performance.
“We are not worrying about the title, we are not silly. With the majority of the game I agree it was a really good game. It’s not easy to dominate Leicester in the way we dominated.
“We scored a great goal but conceded a strange one and I think it’s offside and the 2-1 is a misunderstanding. That had too big an impact on the game. We had to show a different reaction and the third we gave away too easily.”
“Yeah, it’s a huge blow, you can say that,” Andrew Roberston told BT Sport. “I thought for large parts of the game, we were really good, dominant when you come here against a really good Leicester team.
“Not many teams do that and then the thing we’re struggling with is that’s not us out there. One setback and we’ve been so good at bouncing back, we stay in the game, but with that setback, we just opened up and played right into Leicester’s hands with Barnes and Vardy, the pace and the counter-attack.
“We just opened completely up and when that happens against a really good Leicester team, you’re going to get punished.
“We were great for 75 minutes, but that’s not enough to win football matches and we’ve been on the wrong end of it today.
“Look, confidence, I think for large parts of the game we played with a lot of confidence. We kept the ball really well, we started really well, created a couple of chances, a few good corners in the first 10 minutes, started the way we wanted, then I don’t know what happened in the last 15.
“That can’t happen in a big game like this, it simply can’t and it did unfortunately for us, so we really need to look at that.
“We have some really big games coming up, every game is massive for us now and when you open up like that, most teams will punish you and we really need to put an end to it.”

Fans reacted after seeing that Andrew Robertson and keeper Alisson allegedly fought each other in the dressing room leaving Klopp furious after defeat to Leicester…
@PrestwichBlue: Well Alisson probably tried to punch him and missed.
@neilmaloney1: Scenes – Robertson throws a ball at Allison & he drops it.
@ody_85: I’d love see Liverpool fail as much as anyone but after what klopp has been through last couple of week there is more to life than football. No one else would work having lost there mum and not being able go to her funeral. Guy needs be given a few weeks off to grieve
@neil_topping: Bet Mo ‘dived’ out the way!
@Road_End_Red: I hope Alisson and Robertson DID have a dust up. Much needed. The manager can only do so much, the players have to take their portion of blame. Alisson 3 errors have cost us massively lately. Dressing room rumbles I am all for.
@ForeverAYellow on the Alisson Robertson dressing room bust up leaving Klopp furious: Not good to see, especially after last season, tensions are high, just hope won’t be a domino effect
@MancStand: They lost. Alisson and Robertson punched each other in the dressing room after the match and Klopp is going to walk out. Happy Days
@prestigecar_rep: Robertson couldn’t fight off a cold
@timhewitt1: Let’s be honest… IF there was any sort of altercation between Robertson and Alisson it will have been Robertson snidely shoving Alisson in the back (probably over the advertising boards) then running and hiding behind Henderson
@SaucySanchez26: Alisson and Robertson fighting una
@jedijaxon: Well wouldn’t surprise me they will be hurting after that because there winners if I’m this type of thing didn’t happen I’d be more concerned
@ALfc_11: So the rumor was Robbo and Alli had a punch up in the dressing room and Klopp said fuck this and didn’t travel with the team hahahahahhaah fuckin hell . Sounds like a scene from eastenders
