Man Utd have been criticised after a complaint was made by a family who had their season tickets suspended by the club.
A Facebook post emerged, and a screenshot of it going viral this week, it read: “Shame on Mufc! we have had our season tickets suspended! why at the rangers game my husband and son left at the 75th minute due to feeling unsafe!
“My son is 11 years old and our season tickets are in the east stand upper which was full of rangers fans so for his safety my husband made the decision to leave early due to this. Once they had left some rangers fans moved into their seats and it all kicked off! MUFC have apparently checked the cctv and seen that Thomas wasn’t in his seat!!!!
“Thomas and his dad always swap seats (so my husband sit in thomas seat and thomas sits in my husbands) so thomas is inbetween his dad and a family friend so he can he protected when (if) united score etc.
We have had to email an explanation on this and asked MUFC to recheck the CCTV to prior the fight and it they will see Thomas scanning in his season ticket on the gate and sitting in the seat next to his dad.
“MUFC have asked for photos from us as a family at the ground. They have seen season ticket holder for over 7 years and rarely take photos now!
“Thomas ‘absolutely LOVES MUFC more than anything and is extremely heartbroken to say the least that not only can he not be safe while watching united by them being unable to control the away fans in the home stand but also having his beloved season ticket suspended —

MUST ISLO for Manchester United match going fans (@ISLO_MUST) responded: “Thanks to everyone who flagged up this case to us. We’re now in touch with the affected supporters.”

Same here me and my 13 year old, we didn’t leave are seats at all, never do, but the club are insisting they have CCTV evidence of rangers fans in our seats, which they won’t share !
