Time to take a look at the latest new kits revealed by Premier League and EFL clubs for 2026/27, as of the 31st of May.
The 2025/26 campaign is over and done with, so now their attention can only turn to the next one, and with clubs still needing cash to boost their finances to make up for the last few seasons, now is the perfect time to release them to supporters.
There have been a number of incredibly unique shirts come out this summer with all kinds of patterns, shapes, gradients, colours. But BOLD is the best word to describe the designs.
Over the last few weeks, we’ve seen a variety of kits, some rather nice, others rather underwhelming. Take a look at them further down in the article, on some posts, you can click on the it and a video will play…
PLYMOUTH HOME
@SamDown93: It doesn’t look bad. Smart in its own way. But really not a fan of pinstripes on football kits generally.
@leexpalmer1: Like the new shirt. Never understand the negativity aimed at a sponsor willing to put £’000’s into the club in return for them using their own logo. #pafc #fickle
@OneOfThe_12: I dont like it. When It was leaked a few weeks ago I was hoping it wasnt so. Dont like the darker green. Hate the V neck. Looks cheap, as does the rope pattern in the strip. All around very disappointed
@pilgrimmacca: Im always comparing the new kits with the gold trim one a few years ago. So this is a no from me.
@1966woody: Not a fan of the colour. Wish we would go back to the brighter green on the Sunday independent shirt

DERBY HOME
@rammie235: I like it. Least it’s not plain and the stripes actually look decent. May not be as good as last season’s but seen worse
@storm16540959: Love it simple design that looks very classy 🖤🤍
@PatrickGDE3: I really like it. Different, new, maybe a tad bland. But I like it.
@chewbacca100: Awful, what’s with the skidmarks up the front, worst home kit for many years
@garym_78: I like it. To be fair, there is only so much you can do with a predominantly white shirt anyway.
@AdKempy: Love this. Doesn’t seem to be a ‘template’ Puma design with a Derby badge stuck on. Really like how early it’s been realised too, always thought we missed a trick releasing so late and missing sales (summer holidays etc) #dcfc #dcfcfans

BOLTON HOME KIT

MILLWALL HOME
@mfctallpaul: It’s better than last season’s home kit and I’m sure it’ll look better in different lighting although I still don’t like having the lion in that circle but hopefully it’ll be roaming free on the away/3rd kits.
@gsoutts: Best kit we have had in a while. Unpopular opinion but I think it’s brilliant.
@ITFC_Alex: Not even a Millwall fan but can I just say that would be a class kit. Absolutely love it
@JamesDorney3: For me, the kit is always as good as the season the team has in it. The asics Captain Morgan kits were 👌🏻 but I associate it with relegation so I don’t overly like them. The Strikeforce / Giorgio by Asda kits were 💩 but the team delivered in them so i like them. #Millwall
@encona1: If it’s the first step to getting us back to our proper blue, then it’s ok.

ASTON VILLA HOME
@SeanPGallagher9: I really like it. Love the standard kit but some of our best kits have been when we moved away from the claret body blue sleeves. Hummel being the best example but Luke and asics had real classics too. #avfc
@saundersmylord: I like it. Sponsor detail may make or break it. Either way brace yourselves for a moanfest as the seasons ended and Villa fans need something to moan about.
@TheVillainInNYC: I think this is great. 8/10 for me at the minute. The sponsor has the potential to bring it up to 10 or drop it down to 6. We wait… #AVFC
@AVFCCharlie: This is arguably our best kit since the 18/19 Luke one, and I’m ngl, this could even be bettering that one
@dazzPablo: Looks like it should be in the villa/adidas golf range to me. Not sure if I’m massively keen as our home kit. Decent sponsor and the badges etc may look more like it! #avfc

LIVERPOOL HOME
@JennyC97x: That Liverpool kit ain’t it. The shorts and the top are completely different. Different pattern and shade of red. #LFC
@Jetkopite: Absolutely love it I was around when we had the original version late 80s so I think it’s beautiful.
@richardwoodger: The Liverpool new shorts are too red. Looks like the kit was cobbled together. #LFC
@KingKenny_20: Buy the old Candy one and save yourself £50 quid 👍
@Bonalbio24: It’s a nice kit but I would expect sales to be affected by the negativity in the fanbase and lack of clarity as a club. I certainly am way off thinking about buying a new shirt for £200 when the club is in such a mess. Nothing exciting about next season as things stand #LFC

BRADFORD CITY HOME:
@Transfer_JimITK: 60 quid for a macron shirt is disgusting. We can’t push a narrative of being affordable anymore #bcafc
@Bozeye71: Love it, great marketing by the club to reveal at the Cup Final by @officialbantams and @BantamsChoir… such a proud moment hearing Abide with me from the Choir, they are such a credit to our great City… #bcafc
@MichaelBarracl5: It’s more traditional and a big improvement on this season’s pinstripes which I didn’t like. Hopefully we never have a pink shirt again, absolutely horrific that was.
@AndyCTID: 😍 Now that is a tidy shirt but £60? Macron are having our pants down here
@Liam21F: A lot better than last seasons, but shirt prices are getting silly. Will stick with the 24/25 paint stripes shirt, that was the best in years. Will be hard to top that one.
@SHD_Backup: Nice shirt but £60 is pretty steep for it imo
@DatCorgiMun: 60 quid surely isn’t right??? It’ll be the same stuck on labels as previously #bcafc
