Fans took to give their reaction to Willand Rovers getting kicked out of the FA Trophy with the majority finding it harsh…
Another example of everything bad about grassroots football and how out of touch the @FA are with volunteers who run the game for the masses. The powers that be are so up their own backsides. ‘Rules are rules’. Well change the bl**dy rules!

One rule for you, one for Liverpool. Hurrah for the @FootballAssoc

Ridiculous rules, restriction of the players human rights? is he a British National playing football in GB? subject to different rules because he went to Uni in Wales as opposed to a Uni in Eng? had he played for Loughborough would he B ineligible?

@GarryWill18: Farsicle the @FA rules when it comes to international clearance in the United Kingdom. #Jobsworth
@JPbafc: Sorry to hear that guys, that is very harsh
BracknellBrian: Registration forms say ‘Have you ever registered for a CLUB outside of England’ Nothing about university or college football. The FA will say the onus is on the club to check these things.
@AlHunt1972: You clearly weren’t trying to cheat. I sincerely hope common sense prevails here and you are allowed back in the competition. Good luck from a @NorthwichVicsFC fan.
@pancho_spireite: Rename yourself “Liverpool F.C.” until further notice and you should be alright.
