Evans has been out of a job since he was sacked in February by Peterborough United. At the time, the club sat in sixth place in League One, but with a worrying form.
Within the last 10 years of his managerial career, he’s been at Mansfield Town, Leeds United, Rotherham United (League One playoff winners 13/14 & League Two runners up 12/13, Crawley Town (Conference Premier winners 10/11).

2) PAUL HURST
Hurst guided Shrewsbury Town to the Playoff Final in May, despite starting the season as favourites for relegation, alongside the final of the Checkatrade Trophy.
He left to join Ipswich in the summer but was sacked in October after taking them to the bottom of the Championship table.

Ian Evatt is a former Chesterfield player and caretaker manager.
He is currently the first team manager of fellow National League side Barrow, who sit 12th, impressing many.
