Fans slam Cardiff City staff while Leeds United are praised as a photo emerges of a tribute for Sol Bamba in the 14th minute.

To which @AlanGriff1927 posted: “Yep spotted that a mile off too. Pricks.”

@NathCcfc gave Twitter users a reminder of something Erol Bulut said on Thursday: “When I see stupid things on social media about my players or myself, I don’t need that. If you are with us or with Cardiff City, you have to be with us until we die.”

The game saw goals from Largie Ramazani and Joel Piroe as Leeds came away with a 2-0 victory over the 10-man Bluebirds.

It leaves Cardiff sitting bottom of the Championship table with just one point, and speculation over the future of manager Erol Bulut only intensifies after a fifth defeat in six league games.

Prior to the match, the two clubs remembered their former player Sol Bamba, who died last month at the age of 39.

He had been a technical director for Turkish club Adanaspor, who announced the sad news.

Tributes were paid to him before kick-off with friends, family and officials from both clubs laying wreaths on the centre-circle.

A banner which paid respect to Sol Bamba was raised behind the Canton Stand goal, and his former Cardiff manager Neil Warnock – also was in attendance paying tribute.

On the 14th minute, everyone in the stadium, but those on the Cardiff bench in the stadium stood to applaud Bamba on minute 14 – which represented his Cardiff shirt number.
