Fans have been left angry as manager Gareth Southgate names the latest England squad for the three upcoming November fixtures.
The Three Lions are set to take on the Republic of Ireland in an international friendly on Thursday the 12th of November, before then taking on Belgium and Iceland in Nations League games on Sunday the 15th and Wednesday the 18th of November.
The last time that England were in action, they lost 1-0 to Denmark with Premier League players Harry Maguire and Reece James seeing red and fall from top to third in their group. It was a different story for the game previous to that, beating Belgium 2-1 in a very different and confident performance.
The outbreak of coronavirus forced March friendlies against Italy and Denmark to be cancelled, along with pre-tournament games against Romania and Austria.
In June, UEFA gave the go-ahead for the Nations League, with England looking to build on 2019’s third-place finish in the inaugural year of the tournament.
Take a look at the squad Gareth Southgate names for the upcoming three games this month…
