The Carabao Cup Second Round Draw was completed on Wednesday night, so in this article, we’ll be showing you the full list of ties.
It was broadcasted live on Sky Sports following the conclusion of Leyton Orient’s Round One fixture against Queens Park Rangers, which kicked off at 7:45pm on the 11th of August.
The draw is made on a regional basis and so is split into north and south sections and got underway at around 9.35pm.
Second round ties will be played later this month, week beginning August the 23rd.
A total of 50 clubs play in the second round: the 35 winners from the first round, the 2 clubs from the Championship who did not enter in the first round, plus the 13 Premier League clubs who are not in European competition.
The winner of the competition qualifies for the play-off round of the 2022–23 UEFA Europa Conference League.
