Brechin keeper scores, yes, scores, from the edge of his box to help his side beat Stirling in an entertaining Scottish League Two fixture on Saturday.
Lewis McMinn scored the 90-yard wonder goal to end the club’s run of six straight defeats, however still sit four points behind Albion Rovers, who won 2-0 against Queen’s Park.

And what made the goal even more surprising, Brechin bizarrely had already made a goal celebration GIF with the goal and his name included.

One fan pointed out on social media: “Just two minutes before scoring, McMinn duck hooked a goal kick into the stand.”
Brechin had in fact trailed twice, Sean Heaver opened the scoreline after just 7 minutes, however that was cancelled out by City’s Kieran Inglis and Paul McManus from the spot.
Dylan Mackin got an equaliser to get Albion back in the game. McManus again got on the scoresheet when he headed the ball into the net after the break. Then as mentioned McMinn sealed the vital three points to give Brechin the 4-2 win.
