Andy Carroll shouts “You f***ing want some?” at bystanders after shirt was torn in ‘1am street brawl’

Andy Carroll shouts “You f***ing want some?” at bystanders after his shirt was torn in an alleged ‘1am street brawl’.

The 35 year old, currently playing for French club Amiens, had to be calmed down after allegedly scrapping with a man who fled the scene.

Carroll is said to have been boozed up before passers-by attempted to diffuse the situation, with the incident taking place after he and his wife Billi Mucklow were eating out at ‘Sexy Fish’ in London’s Mayfair.

Billi and several restaurant security staff also got involved with trying to calm Carroll down, it’s reported.

A witness said, via The Sun: “Andy was in a scuffle with a stranger on the ground.

“While others attempted to restrain him, Carroll glared at other unknown individuals, demanding, ‘Do you want a fight?’

Video footage shows him unsteady on his feet and shoving onlookers who had attempted to intervene.

Dressed entirely in white, the former Premier League and EFL player is seen making gestures and seemingly searching for the man he had exchanged punches with.

“Andy had been in the restaurant with Billi.

“It looked like they had been having a pleasant evening, knocking back the drinks and enjoying the Asian cuisine.

“But Andy had a row with a guy as they were preparing to leave.

“It spilled on to the street and to everyone’s amazement he was rolling on the road with this guy.

“It all happened very quickly.

“Billi was not impressed.

“The guy disappeared as security ran over to intervene.

“Andy had his smart white shirt ripped.

“People tried to calm him down but he had unfinished business and could be heard shouting ‘Where is he?’

“I don’t blame the other guy for doing a runner.

“You’ve got to be brave to take on a 6ft 4ins powerhouse like Andy.”

“He [Amiens manager Omar Daf] wants me to be a sort of number 10, to move back a bit, to be in midfield and to act as a link between the midfield and the striker. It’s a position I’ve never really played in, but I like it. It’s good for me and for the team.”

“I love living here. It’s peaceful and relaxed. Everyone’s friendly. Obviously, it’s a very small town. So you see everyone all the time, they recognise you and you can have conversations.”

He reveals he has no desire yet to hang up his boots, “My plan is to continue playing. Obviously, I’d like to have another year at Amiens. If not, I’ll look for an opportunity to play elsewhere. For the moment, I’m not looking to retire. I love playing football.”
