Wilson Odobert spends TWO WEEKS searching for iPad hiding in plain sight

Tottenham winger Wilson Odobert has had little luck lately – and it appears that has extended beyond the football pitch.

The 21-year-old reportedly spent two weeks searching for his missing iPad, only to eventually discover it had been sitting on the passenger seat of his car.

In fairness to Odobert, the pictures circulating on social media suggest he can perhaps be forgiven. His dark grey iPad and case blend almost perfectly into the leather passenger seat, making it remarkably easy to overlook.

Maybe Specsavers will be giving his representatives a call.

The amusing story was shared by Tottenham fan account THFC Files, crediting @indykiala, and has provided some light relief during what has otherwise been a frustrating period for both Odobert and Spurs.

Odobert is currently sidelined after rupturing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee against Newcastle in February. Tottenham confirmed at the time that the Frenchman would undergo surgery before beginning a lengthy rehabilitation programme.

And perhaps the winger isn’t the only one struggling to find something.

Spurs are still searching for their first Premier League victory of the 2026/27 season.

Roberto De Zerbi’s side have taken just two points from their opening five league matches, drawing 0-0 with Nottingham Forest and Everton before suffering a 3-2 home defeat against Aston Villa last weekend.

There is now an international break before Tottenham return to action away at Manchester United on October 10, followed by fixtures against Coventry City, Chelsea and Crystal Palace.

So Odobert has finally located his iPad.

Now Spurs just need to find three Premier League points.

The irony certainly wasn’t lost on fans, who had plenty to say…
