kieron_bwfc claimed, via TikTok: “For context this started because when Sam Tickle came out we said “not dancing anymore mate” because that’s what he did last year, he then started swearing at a kid and threw a bottle at him.
“So we went over me they started throwing loads of bottles and shouting stuff.

A post on the Bolton Wanderers Supporters’ Group on Facebook then emerged, the user alleging: “Just for context about the ‘abuse’ to the Wigan players…
“Sam tickle came out and a couple of people shouted something about “not dancing anymore mate” like a bit of banter like.
“Sam tickle then proceeded to shout “fuck of you fat cunts” so we went over and about 4-5 players started throwing bottles out the door and windows.
“Then I started to record the video! (a bottle hit a little kid walking past aswell btw) then you’ve obviously seen the video on what happens next but then stewards ran over and calmed it down. So yes they deserved to get called wankers e.c.t….”
