A video goes viral of a Plymouth Argyle fan who was applauded after embracing some stick he got from Bolton Wanderers fans.
The home crowd at the Toughsheet Stadium could be heard chanting “Fatty, what’s the score, fatty fatty what’s the score?”
To which the Plymouth fan starts taking his shirt off, signals for the crowd to make some noise, then begins to wave it about, Bolton fans erupt with cheers and applause and a chorus of “you fat bastard” follows.
The Plymouth fan then gives them a wave and makes his way out. Ben Gifford said in the comment section of the video on Facebook: “Helluva chassis on me ๐ top day out despite the result ๐ป”
Fair play to this Plymouth fan at Bolton today, took some stick from the Bolton fans but decided to embrace it!
Love the applause he got afterward from the home end too, Quality! ๐pic.twitter.com/SLr94NQx8y

The clip done the rounds online, getting 6,200 likes and counting and over a million views at the time of writing. Fan banter at it’s best.
At least Plymouth fans had something to laugh about, highlight of the game no doubt, having watched their side lose 2-0 and go a game without a shot on target.
Argyle suffered their second loss in a row. A 3-1 defeat to Barnsley, now a 2-0 defeat to Bolton, the result leaving them 23rd in League One at this early stage.
Steven Schumacher defeated his former club Plymouth, Eoin Toal with the opener in the 20th minute, and Mason Burstow, on loan from Hull, sealing the win with a goal on the hour mark.
This was Boltonโs first win of the season, up to 13th, bouncing back from a 2-0 defeat at Stockport on the opening-day.
Tom Cleverley frustrated and Plymouth fans vent anger at ‘disgraceful’ defeat to Bolton
