Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was told to “fuck off” by Manchester United fans after Liverpool picked up a late point at Old Trafford on Sunday evening.
The Red Devils took the lead in the first half when Marcus Rashford tapped in from a brilliant Daniel James cross, only for Adam Lallana to come off the bench and cancel it out.
Oxlade-Chamberlain, who was getting grief from Man Utd fans whilst he was warming up, came on as a substitute in the second half and ended up receiving abuse from the home fans after the full-time whistle.
One fan could be seen repeatedly telling the 26-year-old midfielder to “fuck off,” despite the Ox offering to fist bump him and a few others in the stand.
Security guards watched the incident close by to make sure it didn’t embroil over even more than it did, before Oxlade-Chamberlain gave a little shrug and walked away with a smile on his face.

Roy Keane was not impressed with Roberto Firmino speaking to and smiling with Brazilian teammates Andreas Pereira and Fred before they came onto the pitch claiming that the players should have been ‘preparing for war’ and not having a relaxed chat with rivals ahead of such an important fixture.
He said: “I’m disgusted with players [scenes in the tunnel]. You’re going to war, they’re hugging and kissing.
“Don’t even look at the opposition. You’re going into battle against them.
“The game hasn’t changed that much, the players have changed. You’re going to war against these players and they’re hugging each other.
“Chat to them after the game, or don’t even chat to them after the game.”
