VIDEO: Leicester keeper Kasper Schmeichel scores spectacular goal in training

Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel has gone viral today after he score a spectacular goal whilst in training.

Usually in-between the sticks, the Danish keeper turned shooter with under 18’s player Jakub Stolarczyk replacing him in the net.

Schmeichel brilliantly embarrassed him however after channelling his inner Lionel Messi and flicked up the ball before chipping it over the youngster and into the goal.

He then goes to run around following his insane piece of skill and then produce an emphatic knee slide whilst others watched on.

Leicester will be hoping to get back to winning ways at the weekend as they host Fulham, who are strong favourites to return to the Championship.

New Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers’ first game as manager on Sunday didn’t go as they hoped after being on the end of a defeat to Watford.

It was looking very likely that they were going to pick up a point with the score at 1-1, but in the 92nd minute, Andre Gray stole all three points by finishing coolly past Schmeichel to give Rodgers a real kick in the teeth.
