After finding out about the firework hitting the roof of the Steve Bull Stand and fell onto supporters prior to Wolves v West Ham – fans expressed their concerns and debated whether the display before matches should stop…
Don’t think the wolves pyrotechnics went to plan watch for the firework pic.twitter.com/i9F9XTkb3G

Glad everyone is okay, rivalries aside this is never nice to see happen to anyone. @wolves need to sort this out, although this looks stunning safety is top priority.

This is the problem with fireworks they can go wrong and are close to where the stands are. Thank god no one was hurt #WOLWHU

I love the way the club are trying to ramp up the atmosphere but the fireworks have frightened from the start. I sit in the steve bull and they are too close. It’s an accident waiting to happen and very nearly did

love the fireworks but does feel like a potential accident waiting to happen… again!

The reaction to the incident continued…
Hi @Wolves thanks for nearly taking us out with a firework ?

@Wolves you need to kill the fireworks now. About 3 went into Steve Bull upper? Carrying on as per! #Wwfc #wolwhu

I saw it tim i’m sat in steve bull, everyone’s ok i think but fuck me everyone shat themselves for the next batch of fireworks they set off

Three rows in front of us. Nobody seemed to be injured, but two fans were taken out. Hopefully with just scorched clothing. Some of the exploding firwork seemed to drop on the West Ham fans too. Fireworks so close to a crowded stadium? That's 2nd time it's got awry at Molineux.

You can’t get rid of the fireworks… just put processes in place so they can’t misfire?
