Barnsley fans have been captured on video appearing to fighting with the Southend United stewards when the two teams met on Saturday.
The Shrimpers ended up getting beat 3-0 by the Tykes however during half time, stewards could be seen trying to eject a supporter only for other fans get involved in the melee.

It’s reported that police are ‘investigating disorder involving fans and stewards after attempts to remove a Barnsley fan.’
The father of a disabled fan who was in the away end took to social media to state that he was punched.
His tweet read: “That steward punched our Cameron for no reason.
“When I asked does he feel hard hitting people with disabilities, his reply was ‘I’ll hit who I want, all disabled people should be killed at birth’.
“That’s the kind of staff Southend United have.”
A follow up tweet said: “He was an horrible excuse of a man, I will be contacting Southend after the weekend to complain, but I bet nothing will happen.”

A Southend United spokesman said: “We are going through an official investigation with Essex Police and cannot comment further at this time.”
A spokesman for Essex Police said: “We are investigating following reports of disorder involving a number of fans and stewards at Southend United’s ground at around 1.20pm on Saturday, March 2.
“It is reported it followed attempts by stewards to eject a Barnsley fan.
“Our enquiries are ongoing.
“If you have any information about the incident please call us on 101 quoting the crime reference number 42/33631/19 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.” Alternatively, visit crimestoppers-uk.org to report information anonymously online.
