Leeds United winger Hadi Sacko could move to Turkey before the transfer window closes.

Norwich City are poised to sign highly-rated Luton Town defender Akin Famewo who has been on loan at Grimsby Town during the first half of the season.

Aston Villa manager Dean Smith has suggested to The Birmingham Mail that Jonathan Kodjia will not leave the club in the January transfer window.

Lille are in talks with Swansea over a deal to sign midfielder Leroy Fer.

Ralph Hassenhüttl admits Southampton ace Charlie Austin could be sold this week. Aston Villa are currently favourites to sign him.

Bryan Oviedo could be on his way out of Sunderland this month, with Sky Sports claiming that one Championship club are keen to sign.

Leeds United are set to step up their pursuit of Swansea City winger Daniel James, according to the Sun, with a £10 million bid.

West Ham United have reportedly failed with an approach for Sheffield United midfielder John Fleck.

Barnsley have rejected several bids, including one for £3million from Brentford for centre-back Ethan Pinnock.

– Sam Winnall could leave Sheffield Wednesday on loan before the January transfer window closes, according to reports.`Sheffield United and Queens Park Rangers are those thought to be keen.

– Leicester have turned down an offer from Aston Villa to take Christian Fuchs on loan until the end of the season, Sky Sports News understands.

– Luton Town are being linked with a move for AFC Wimbledon‘s highly rated defender Deji Oshilaja.

– “Colchester have had an approach from a top L1 club for Sammie Szmodics I’m told. Very quiet though as they’re desperate not to sell. Could be Barnsley from what I’m hearing but that’s unconfirmed.” (James Goodwin)

– Understand Sunderland are close to signing two strikers, one of which is Will Grigg. Four bids placed already for Grigg and SAFC are hopeful. The second striker is unknown, but one man they’ve been looking closely at is Middlesbrough’s England U19 international Stephen Walker. (Keith Downie)

– Burnley manager Sean Dyche is considering attacking signings such as Birmingham City‘s Che Adams and Tottenham‘s Vincent Janssen.

– West Brom are interested in signing Fulham striker Aboubakar Kamara, according to the Express and Star.

– Jack Ross could be about to reunite with Lewis Morgan as Sunderland open talks with Celtic over a potential deal for the Scotland international, according to Sky Sports.

– Plymouth Argyle defender Peter Grant is thought to be a loan target for promotion-chasing Carlisle United.

– Middlesbrough are willing to pay £2 million to sign Birmingham City striker Isaac Vassell before the end of the January transfer window, according to The Sun.

– Bradford boss David Hopkin wants two or three more signings before deadline. He said “I’m still looking for another two or three if I can. There are areas where we need to make sure we’ve got players playing in their right positions.”

– According to Express and Star, Birkir Bjarnason ‘could leave’ if Aston Villa receive ‘appropriate offers’ and sign a replacement before the January transfer window shuts.

– Plymouth Argyle are chasing two loan signings before transfer window deadline.

– Reading midfielder Liam Kelly have been told he can leave on loan, a move to another club in a few days looks likely.

– Rotherham‘s manager says he “doesn’t foresee any more problems” in his bid to sign a striker – which could enable Jerry Yates to return to Carlisle. (News & Star)
