• West Brom are in advanced talks to sign Troy Deeney from Watford after pulling clear of Tottenham in the race for his signature, Football Insider understands.

• Fulham have registered their interest with Bournemouth in signing striker Josh King, according to the Football Insider. The Cherries have rejected a £16m bid from Aston Villa for the Norwegian international and Fulham are now said to be preparing their own offer. Bournemouth are apparently holding out until a club meets their £20m valuation of the 28 year-old forward.
• Leeds United’s chances of signing Bournemouth’s Josh King look to have improved, following reports that the club’s £15-20m valuation has priced out fellow admirers Spurs. (The Athletic)
• Leeds United are reportedly confident of completing a deal for defender Josko Gvardiol, as well as forward Crysencio Summerville. According to Football Insider, 18-year old Summerville is putting the finishing touches on a move set to cost around £1m, and is due for a medical in the Netherlands. Gvardiol has reportedly accepted United’s offer of a long-term contract, but Leeds are waiting for their latest bid of £18.2m to be accepted by Dinamo Zagreb as they hold out on their £20m valuation.
