Birmingham City are trying to do a player-swap deal for Peterborough United playmaker Marcus Maddison, according to reports. The Sun say Posh are willing to accept £1.5 million for the 26-year-old, who is out of contract in the summer. The Blues are trying to persuade the London Road side to swap a player, or even two of them, for Maddison.

– According to reports, Bolton Wanderers defender and part time captain Harry Brockbank is being linked with a move to League One promotion chasers Sunderland, with Phil Parkinson keen to sign his former player.
