Sunderland are one of two sides linked with a move for 22 year old Aberdeen striker Scott Wright, as reported by the Scottish Sun. Ipswich also thought to be in other side in for him. He’s been capped by Scotland at various youth levels, from Under 17 to Under 21 and last season made 13 SPFL appearances. In total, he’s played 58 times for Aberdeen, scoring just five goals.

Cardiff City manager Neil Warnock says he has not made any enquiries to sign midfielder Joe Ledley with the player a free agent following his release from Derby County last term, the BBC report.
