Richarlison throws a lit flare at fans after scoring before Jordan Pickford produces a spectacular save vs Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.
The Toffees secured a huge victory against Thomas Tuchel’s side, winning 1-0 with the Brazilian tucking his effort into the bottom corner.
However he could be in trouble with the Football Association after resulting celebrations saw a flare end up on the pitch, which Richarlison then chucked back into the stand.
A mistake by Chelsea’s Cesar Azpilicueta let Everton have the opportunity to pounce, scoring a minute into the second half.

Less than 10 minutes later, Jordan Pickford produced a moment of magic as he some how prevented Chelsea from scoring.
The England international was called into action in the 59th minute, Kai Havertz nodded the ball to Mason Mount who hit a superb shot onto both posts.
After diving for Mount’s effort, Pickford rapidly jumped back to his feet and stopped Cesar Azpilicueta from putting it past him.
He superbly covered his ground and got a huge applause from the Goodison Park faithful.

“Our character and team spirit drove us on today and with the fans behind us like they were it was incredible. Now is about today, we will enjoy it but come next week we will focused on the next games.
“I worked hard all week. It is rewarding when you make the saves to help the team out as they help you out as well. It is a team effort and that was my job.
“We know their quality, they are Champions League winners and we got the feeling at Goodison that with hard work and dedication we would get the result.

ON RICHARLISON:
@AshMUFC94: Can tell Chelsea are knackered cos the scousers was letting fireworks off all night
@JamesOwl2006: Hefty fine coming for him lobbing the Pyro in the crowd
@LFC_John_LFC: Did Richarlison throw a flare into the crowd, surely that’s a red card?
@1974wastheyear: How does Richarlison get away with throwing a flare into the stand?
@LFCApproved: Let’s see if these fools cry about Richarlison and a flare like they did for Harvey Elliott. Richarlison threw that back into the crowd too.
@ScouseSocialism: Can’t believe Richarlison just chucked a flare back into a stand made of wood with no punishment. Meanwhile, Harvey Elliott picks one up off the pitch and celebrates and gets an FA investigation…
@alant90: Guessing we’re just ignoring Richarlison throwing a flare back into the crowd then!? 😂 #EveChe
@lizardeagle: Are you not going to call out Richarlison for throwing a flare into a crowd and not even a booking???
@markwright1967: The FA should hand Richarlison a retrospective kick in the bollocks for each time the diving whining twat hits the ground.
ON PICKFORD
@SingularityJosh: Honestly one of the best saves I’ve ever seen, wicked.
@frannyporter: Jordan Pickford there with the best goalkeeping performance seen at Goodison for years. Outstanding.
@nataliebargery: Pickford with one of the greatest and most important saves you’ll see, Coleman was not going to beaten, Doucouré absolutely everywhere. Brilliant team performance. I bloody love you Everton! 💙
@TheEvertonEnd: Jordan Pickford’s best performance in an Everton shirt that. 👏🏼
@Reynolds_R: The more times you watch that Pickford save, the better it gets. Unbelievable
@9jaGooners: How did Pickford pull off that save? His response was top notch – racing from one end of the post to another. Defining moment.
@FourFourJordan: Football needs people like Pickford man, he’s so funny. If he has to save a shot he loses his head and then if he saves it he’s doing the Conor McGregor walk around his box.
@ianbonney: Pickford today. The best goal keeping performance I’ve seen since Big Nev. That one save particularly, the best I’ve ever seen.
@efcmidd13: That Pickford save is the moment I realises we are staying up
@umirf1: My word that is save of the season stuff from Pickford.
@UpTheToffees_: Just seen a replay of the Pickford save. Save of the season that. Not just in terms of importance but just a superb bit of goalkeeping. Wow
