QPR’s Twitter account is HACKED with posts using the N-word, ‘c**k’ and ‘s***’

QPR’s Twitter account is HACKED on Wednesday morning with posts using the N-word, ‘c**k’ and ‘s***’, leaving fans shocked.

The Championship club have over 444,000 followers on the social media account, with crude sexual terms and racially offensive words being published.

Former winger Andy Sinton also appeared to have been hacked with N-word tweets also coming from his account before they were retweeted by QPR.

Tweets that came from QPR’s official account included ‘c**k is nice’, ‘I s*** my pants brb’, ‘@afl is better’ and ‘what’s up n*****’.

The club’s former winger Andy Sinton also appeared to have been hacked with N-word tweets also coming from his account before they were retweeted by QPR.

Tweets that came from QPR’s official account included ‘c**k is nice’, ‘I s*** my pants brb’, ‘@afl is better’ and ‘what’s up n*****’.

54 year old Sinton made a total of 141 league appearances for QPR in a four-year stint at Loftus Road between 1989 and 1993. He also won 12 England caps.

The person responsible sent out some truly disgusting stuff on behalf of the club’s Twitter account.

You would think that football club’s social media channels would be kept under severe lock and key, and that security getting the account would be tight.

One person however managed to work his way into QPR’s Twitter account early this morning, though, and took full advantage, sending out some extremely unpleasant tweets targeting individuals.

They have gained access to QPR’s account without permission, but they’ve tweeted some despicable, racist stuff at the club’s expense.

It’s certainly not a good look for the West London outfit at all but I’m sure a lot of police investigation will eventually find the culprit.

Bright Osayi-Samuel has been the subject of racist abuse on social media after QPR’s draw at Norwich City on Wednesday night.

The footballer wrote that it was “disgusting and painful to receive messages like this” after he received the messages online.

It came after Osayi-Samuel scored Queens Park Rangers’ equaliser from the penalty spot in their 1-1 draw with the Canaries in the Championship.

After the match, the 22-year-old posted via his Instagram account with a screenshot of the abuse he had received, describing it as “disgusting and painful to receive messages like this”.

What is more disturbing is that the message also included threats to his family.

QPR CEO Lee Hoos said: “We completely deplore the abhorrent abuse Bright has been subjected to.

“It astounds me that people feel they can freely post such comments without any fear of reprisal.

“We are working with Instagram and asking them to assist us in identifying the individual concerned.

“I do feel social media platforms have a duty of care to its users who are victimised in this way.”

QPR Director of Football Les Ferdinand said: “This type of abuse on social media is too commonplace and has to stop.

“In a society that now rightly places greater importance on mental wellbeing than ever before, how can people be able to set up anonymous social media accounts?

“This will continue and continue until we stop it from being possible.

“I believe governing bodies across sport – not just football – need to come together to create a powerful voice which calls for social media platforms to change their stance.”

QPR wrote after the series of tweets: “Morning, #QPR fans!

“Apologies for any offensive tweets you may have woken up to due to our account being hacked.

“The language used was wholly unacceptable and we’ll be working with @Twitter to try and identify the culprit.

“Thankfully … we’re back now! “
