QPR fans were left concerned after Richard Kone gets injured while playing for QPR’s development side on Monday afternoon.
The 23 year old, who has suffered from injury, made his return to the pitch, taking on Bolton Wanderers under 21s, but was taken off just before the half hour mark, hurt and limping.
QPR Development Squad News (@QPR_DS) said: “Richard Kone has to be withdrawn before the half-hour mark after being injured from an incredibly dangerous challenge from a Bolton player.
“Josh Wright takes his place.

“An UNBELIEVABLY stupid and moreover dangerous challenge to do in an U21 game and he’s got away with just a yellow card for it….🫣🫣
