Poll reveals which club has the best away fans in the Premier League

Poll reveals which club has the best away fans in the Premier League for the 2019/20 season – and it saw a turnout of over 12,000 votes.

Premier League away tickets are extremely hard to come by for your usual fan, so you’re deemed a proper supporter if anyone who gets their hand on a ticket.

We all love an away day. Meeting with your mates, the travelling, the service station stops, checking out your opponents location just some of what makes part of a memorable experience. There is no better feeling just being completely outnumbered and watching your side pick up three points in your opponent’s backyard.

‘The Away Fans’ recently asked their Facebook and Twitter followers to vote, now it’s time to see those results.

1st) Newcastle

19% of those who took part in the poll voted Newcastle United as having the best away fans in the Premier League – 2,313 votes.

2nd) Man Utd

Manchester United had a total of 1,494 votes – 12% thinking they have the best away fans in the Premier League.

3rd) Liverpool

Liverpool had a total of 1,191 votes – 10% thinking they have the best away fans in the Premier League.

4th) Aston Villa

Aston Villa had a total of 1,066 votes – 9% thinking they have the best away fans in the Premier League.

5th) Wolves

Wolverhampton Wanderers had a total of 744 votes – 6% thinking they have the best away fans in the Premier League.

West Ham had a total of 690 votes – 6% thinking they have the best away fans in the Premier League.

7th) Sheff Utd

Sheffield United had a total of 652 votes – 5% thinking they have the best away fans in the Premier League.
