After learning that UTS will no longer be allowed in Dunston’s club name, fans took to give their reaction…
Don't think anyone will forget about UTS Engineering Ltd, been there all the way, good luck for the upcoming season.

Fantastic of Mr Sadler to continue his support , very poor of the FA. as this can only bring hardship to many small clubs.

uts will still be on the new flag

@mynearlynamesake Just my opinion but at this level of football where guys earn a wage and bonuses I wouldn’t classify this as grassroots. However, I don’t agree with the FA’s decision here, particularly for smaller clubs looking to gain income via the methods

The tweets continued to be posted, the FA still getting digs…
Dunno if it’s only me but Dunston Football Club sounds so much better.

Well said, Syd. It is hard enough at grassroots without the FA making things more difficult. We’ll be having to install VAR before long.

Nice to see another example of the FA looking after grass roots football!!

A shame, but understandable I suppose. I rather liked how different it sounded to others.
