After finding out that Newcastle could have the lowest attendance in seven years for tomorrow’s match against Brighton, fans took to give their reaction with some glad people are turning their backs on the club…
Great news

a 10k drop(~42k average)would certainly cost the club around 5-6m over the full season(~300k per match)if it is maintained.Its not the end of the world so long as it doesn't drop further than that but still lost income either way,I suspect(hope) it will be half that overall(47k+)

It could be so much more but at least questions are starting to be asked. #AshleyOut

Also remember there are a number of ST holders who’ve paid for this season, and therefore counted in the attendance, who are choosing not to go.

@TommyH89: Good start, lets keep it going! #UnitedAgainstAshley ⚫⚪
@tnylister50: THIS….. is why we should have had a SUCCESSFUL boycott. The media are all over it, asking questions. Embarrassing for Ashley.
@ToonFan14: Good
@Jonny_Snaith: Must admit, even after all the talk on Twitter all summer I fully expected SJP to be full week in/week out as usual. After the Watford attendance and now seeing how many seats are free tomorrow I gladly accept I was wrong. Hopefully it keeps getting lower and lower #NUFC
@victorbates: You reap what you sow?♂️ #BoycottBrighton
@JMAG1892_2: ive been boycotting arsenal all season and i plan to do it for the remainder for the games.
@BootGeordie: We’ve all had enough. Or at least some of us have. Sell up and f*ck off! #NUFC
