It’s fair to say Luton Town love a wind up, and again were praised for posting a hilarious ‘oops’ TikTok video of Burnley’s James Trafford.
The Hatters start the 24 second video off with the Clarets keeper James Trafford making a number of saves and immediately falling to ground grasping the ball close to his chest.
Then they add in the clip with him running into Elijah Adebayo, the much talked about incident that left Vincent Kompany reeling as VAR awarded Luton’s stoppage time equaliser.
Throughout the entirety of the TikTok video, Britney Spears’ hit song ‘Oops, I Did It Again’ is played out, with the ‘oops’ part played on repeat.
It ends with ex-Blackburn keeper Thomas Kaminski, now playing for Luton, doing similar to what James Trafford had for most of the game, in making a save then going to ground holding the ball close to him. It really has to be seen…

Luton have used TikTok before to laugh at other Premier League opposition, as just two weeks ago, they took to mock an abusive Sheffield United fan.
You may recall Alfie Doughty scored to silence the home crowd, and boy did the 24 year old relish every moment of shutting up the Bramall Lane faithful by netting his first ever Premier League goal in Luton’s 3-2 victory.
There was widespread condemnation for the elderly supporter having been captured live on TV giving the Luton player some stick when he was about to take a corner.
The Hatters uploaded a clip of Doughty getting the abuse, before scoring, and captioned it: “Yeah, you can keep talking mate…”
@ltfcofficial🤫
He laughed it off at the time, saying post-match: “I think the past two games have really shown what we’re about.
“We already knew this at the start of the season. It was just about us getting used to the league.
“I think we’ve come on leaps and bounds. The performances recently have been top. Before, we didn’t really get the results we wanted, but the past two games we’ve got the results.”
It’s not to say they don’t laugh at themselves though, because they do, recently uploading a video of Andros Townsend blasting a ball high and wide and into a hole in the win against Newcastle.
Luton captioned the clip: “No lost balls at The Kenny 😂”
Townsend got on the end of a loose ball, made his way inside searching for options, but instead didn’t to unleash one from distance.
And while sometimes pays off, this certainly didn’t as his 27 yard effort went over the bar, onto the roof of the stand, drops down a hole, Newcastle fans cheered and Townsend stood with his hands on his hips while pulling a face as to say, yeah maybe I shouldn’t have done that.
@ltfcofficialNo lost balls at The Kenny 😂
As mentioned, Luton praised for hilarious ‘oops’ TikTok video of Burnley’s James Trafford, this is what they had to say…
@TomChampion: Did I dream the bit where he got the physio on because one of our players tapped him on the head?
@NickBurns1983: What goes around comes around, cheat and time waste, karma comes for you
@KatLTFC: Hahahahaha I LOVE this club.
@Willmott3Sam: So in the new rules I thought keepers going down like that was deemed as time wasting and a booking?
@MGretna55: That should be a booking. Just having a lie down whilst the game is on, cheating everybody paying to watch.
@heck74: Said this would bite him in the arse at the time. He wa doing it from the 40th minute. 🤣🤣
@ThePalaceFC: Madness that Trafford didn’t get carded for this blatant cheating. Referees are so out of tune with the game. Thought the decision was harsh on Burnley but it seems the world corrected itself.
@dlmjnk: I’m pleased Luton’s goal stood now.
@chrissy1893: I have no sympathy for Trafford whatsoever. He is supposed to be an excellent goalkeeper, yet he was far too weak in the final attack. I’d even argue dishonest as he tried to con the officials into believing he was obstructed.
@chriswestwood96: Why’s everybody crying about that goal not getting ruled out when he’s been acting an utter tit for 90 mins? Serves him right, hilarious.
@Lancsiron: Maybe a bit of karma for young Trafford in the @BurnleyOfficial goal here. Clearly wasting time only to concede a goal in added on time…
@joepotts15: Got a lot of time for this 😂
@its__lew: This is brilliant 😂
@dcooke1989: Love it 🤣🤣🤣
@MrGrifty: THIS IS WJAT ITS ALL ABAATTTT
@AlexDanton24: This is the best thing I’ve ever seen
@ptaylor28: Oh that is absolute perfection. 10/10 for whoever runs the @LutonTown socials 👏👏👏
@WestBankToby: Very good. 😂👏🏼
@MonsterHunch: Proper twat that Trafford. Trying to be the next Pickford: up the town! 🧡
@MHollo92: This is brilliant!
@IanWLee23: Too bloody right.
@FanHubHatter: Surely one of these deliberate acts of time wasting should have resulted in a yellow for time wasting?
@markhitch: 👏🏻👏🏻 well played @LutonTown and @kaminski26 💙🤍
@TomMarsland: Honestly it’s beautiful just perfection
@Bensonsleftfoot: This is what I was talking about fucking about all game winding ref up. Im fully convinced that the ref would of give a foul but for him pissing around all game
@Timmsantiques: Absolutely love the fact this 100% back up what I have been telling people all morning, that kid spent more time unnecessarily falling on the floor time wasting, than actually keeping goal, so he got what he deserved! End of!
@TheOnlyWAH: Bambi on ice
@Perkinz9: Top drawer. Keepers need to get booked more for time wasting. They take liberties.
