List of latest promotions and relegations in the EFL and non league – 13th April 2024

We take a look at the latest list of promotions and relegations in the EFL and non league with the 2023/24 season nearing an end.

Champions – Hellenic Premier – Worcester City
Champions – Midland Premier – Congleton Town
Relegated – Isthmian – Concord Rangers
Relegated – Isthmian North – Stowmarket Town
Relegated – Midland Premier – Bewdley Town
Relegated – United Counties South – Desborough Town
Relegated – Havant and Waterlooville from National League South
Relegated – Wantage Town from the Hellenic Premier (unless they get reprieved) after losing 5-0 to Roman Glass St George
Champions – Yeovil’s win at Truro means they are Champions of National League South and therefore promoted
Relegated – Banbury United are now mathematically relegated from National League North
Promoted – Stockport County from League Two after 2-0 win over Morecambe
Promoted – Wrexham from League Two after 6-0 win over Forest Green
Champions and promoted – Radcliffe from the Northern Premier League – Premier Division
Champions and promoted – Chertsey Town from the Isthmian League – South Central Division
Relegated – Dartford from National League South after 3-1 defeat away at Yeovil, leaving them with 43 points from 45 games played
Relegated – Dorking Wanderers from National League after 1-1 draw away at Rochdale, leaving them 23rd with 45 points from 45 games played.
Relegated – Kidderminster Harriers from National League after 1-0 defeat at home to Eastleigh, leaving them 22nd with 46 points from 45 games played
Relegated – Kempston Rovers from Southern League Division One Central after 6-2 defeat to Kings Langley
Champions – Blyth Town – Northern League Division Two
Champions – Deal Town – SCEFL Premier Division
Champions – Moneyfields – Wessex League Premier Division
Champions – Blyth Town – Northern League Division Two
Champions – Northampton ON Chenecks – Spartan South Midlands Football League Division One
Champions – Hamworthy Recreation – Wessex League Division One
Champions – Benfleet – Eastern Counties League Division One South

Scenes at Stockport and Wrexham as both clubs seal promotion to League One

ALREADY HAPPENED

– Rotherham were relegated after a 1-0 defeat to Plymouth, and the fight to avoid joining the Millers in League One has only got more intense
– Carlisle United have been relegated to League Two after losing 2-0 at Northampton
– Tamworth have been promoted to the National League and crowd champions of the National League North with a 1-1 draw against Warrington meaning they couldn’t be caught.
– Gloucester City’s 6-1 defeat at home to Chester means they are relegated from the National League North
– Wellington are promoted from the Herefordshire League Premier Division
– Maltby Main finish bottom of NCEL Premier Division, which means relegation\
– Hornchurch beat 2nd placed Chatham to take the Isthmian Premier title and ensure no third season of
choking at home in a playoff final
– Haringey Borough and Kingstonian will finish in the Isthmian League Premier Division relegation places
– Hinckley AFC champions of Midland League Division One
– Needham Market champions of Southern League Central Premier Division and promoted.
– Hutton secured the third Thurlow nunn South playoff place
– Colne Athletic are Essex and Suffolk Border league Premier Division champions after they won at Stanway Rovers Reserves whilst silver end were held at Stanway Pegasus Reserves
– Ivybridge Town are promoted from the South West Peninsula League Premier Division East
– Chesterfield (champions of the National League)
– Oxford City (relegated from the National League)
– Bishop’s Stortford (relegated form the National League North)
– Hartpury University (champions of Hellenic League 1)
– FC Baresi (champions of the Essex Alliance)
– Middleton (promoted from the Yorkshire Amateur League)
– Farnham Town (champions of the Combined Counties League Premier Division South)
– Allexton & New Parks are LSL champions, while Anstey Town and Loughborough Students Development have won division 1 and 2.
– Sherwood Colliery (are UCL North Champions)
– Dover’s inevitable relegation from National League South confirmed with defeat at Welling.
– FC St Helens are champions of NWCL North and promoted with a 3-2 win over Runcorn Town on Good Friday.
– Didcot Town relegated (from the Southern League – Premier South)
– Berkhamsted relegated from SLPC
– Long Eaton United were relegated from the Southern Football League Premier Central following a 3-2 defeat away to Stratford Town
– Emley – NEP Champions
– Bourne Town now UC1 Champions and promoted
– Brandon United now confirmed in a NL2 relegation position though could be reprieved.
– Stockport Town failing to win at Cheadle Heath Nomads meant Brocton win promotion from the NWC1S
– Brocton needed a point to mathematically win the title and duly beat Stafford Town 3-1 to seal promotion.
– Mildenhall Town promoted from the Eastern Counties after their 1-0 win over Lakenheath this afternoon.
– Wellingborough Town have won promotion from UCL Prem South
– Chesham United won 4-1 at Harrow to clinch SLPS title and promotion.
– Leek Town champions of NPW and promoted.
– Skelmersdale’s defeat to Burscough means they finish bottom of NWCLP, and are relegated
– 1874 Northwich relegated from NPL West after 3-0 away defeat at Witton Albion.
– Amersham Town champions (ComCoFL Division One)
