Leyton Orient are set to confirm the appointment of Carl Fletcher at their new first team manager.
He will replace Ross Embledon who is currently a interim manager after stepping down from the role as boss on the 23rd of September. He took charge after the sad passing of Justin Edinburgh.
Carl Fletcher is a former Plymouth Argyle manager who is currently employed by Premier League club Bournemouth as their loan manager.
At the Pilgrims, he managed 70 games between September 2011 and January 2013, though he left the club 21st in the League Two table after a run of eight defeats in 13 league games.
In a tearful post-match interview with BBC Radio Devon, he said: “Since I’ve been down here we’ve been through a lot, that’s football really. I might be a young manager but I know if you don’t win games you don’t keep your job.”
