Leicester players have been slammed as footage emerges of a ‘party’ they attended hours after the FA Cup defeat at Nottingham Forest.
It was a day to forget for the Foxes fanbase and those associated with the club with their lowest point of the season being a 4-1 loss at the City Ground.
They had been the competition’s holders, but now they have been dumped out at the Fourth Round stage, and pressure is on manager Brendan Rodgers to turn their fortunes around the second half of the season.
It sounds like the players have got some making up to do too, with some of the Leicester supporters criticising their squad members of having a good time whilst fans are going to bed still reeling at the team’s performance.

Brendan Rodgers has already launched remarkable criticism of the Leicester players ahead of their upcoming clash against Liverpool in the Premier League.
Leicester currently sit 10th in the table through a mixture of inconsistent form as well as several postponed matches, with a midweek trip to Anfield up next.
But after his sideâs latest loss, the ex-Liverpool boss Rodgers has suggested that some members of his squad are ânot top playersâ and are now playing for their futures at the club.
𣠓We lack that hunger.”

âWeâve had a really good two-and-a-half-year spell,â Rodgers said after the heavy defeat to Forest.
âBut thatâs why a lot of these players are not top players. Because they canât sustain it. Thatâs where I have admiration for the really top players who can keep that hunger and desire to win, no matter how much they achieve.
âI always judge it on the physicality of the team, the pressing, the aggression. When you stop getting it, you canât quite get there, your time could be up.
âThere are a lot of these players, between now and the end of the season, who need to prove that they are still worthy of being here. Because weâve seen it now for a little while.â
âForget about the players who are missing. There are players here that may have achieved everything that they can here. Itâs not what I want to do,â he continued.
âItâs something weâll have to look at between now and the end of the season. Until then, theyâve got to have a look at themselves in the mirror and fight like hell to prove theyâre good enough to be here.â
As mentioned some Leicester players were slammed as footage emerges of a ‘party’ hours after their FA Cup defeat – though it’s not to say there wasn’t any sympathetic comments on those spotted in the video……
@SteadyEddie55: If City players were like this after getting battered, just imagine the party the Forest players must have had
@luke_palmer15: Why people crying about this? Just cos they lost it doesnât mean they have to go home and cry đđ¤Śđźââď¸ probably been planned way before the game. If you have a bad day at work would you cancel plans? Course not đđ young lads enjoying a drink and theyâll be rest day today. Chill
@Funkyrob0t: Itâs called reading the room luke. Most #lcfc fans went to bed in a mood having seen their club embarrassed on and off the pitch at their local rivals. Even tho these guys clearly had got over it/didnât care, they shouldâve thought and at least ensured camera phones were off ffs
@V8VelocityUK: …and no need to post it online is there?
@NN_Podcast: I think we both know football doesnât work like any normal job, the fact is after yesterday they should be in today trying to make amends in some form yet they are out on the piss until early hours without a single apology for an awful performance.
@AlexGloverrr: I think itâs the fact that they couldnât even send an apology to the fans, but post this instead but go on. Embarrassing.
@TomSimmonds86: Fair enough. Maybe just plaster it over social media. Incredibly tone deaf
@FoxesWi: Sounds like some people need to run a few extra sprints before practice.
@degenscum: Just when you think they canât possibly be any thicker, BAM, they excel themselves again!
@andyjordan1973: @LCFC absolutely disgusting to think of how this shower performed yesterday then having a party taking the piss out of us loyal fans
@Abundance247: No discipline no professionalism. If Rodgers sees this which he won’t do as he doesnât do social media. He will see that his player’s are not acting like hungry athletes wanting to improve performance levels!
@bettsglazing: No shame.
@Lcfc_T2000: No fucking respect for the fans or the manager. I could barely sleep last night after that game and these guys are pissing about at 3am.
@davidahamer: We need the bloke that ran on the pitch yesterday to go steaming into them fists flying everywhere
@mattpug207: Shameless behaviour no respect for the fans they clearly donât give a monkeys about the result there clearly is no discipline in the team
@tomsimms89: Absolute state of this! No discipline clearly at the moment. Whoâs managing this shit?!
@LCFC_Till: Standard stuff from choudhury. Expect better from Justin though.
@turloLCFC: Great way to prepare for our next game in 3 days time. Elite athletes in other sports would not be doing this but footballers tend to not give a shit
@JackLcfc9: I get players have a life outside of football but this is a f****** Disgrace after losing 4-1 yesterday and performing like utter crap no fight no passion nothing and they have the audacity to post this on social media partying
@mnorman1985: I get that footballers have to have a life outside of football, but this is insulting to every #lcfc fan after yesterdayâs shitshow. Do they actually give a shit?
@cdbcfc_: Nothing wrong with the lads having a drink. Most of us have a few beers after shit days at work. Plastering it on social media, however. Idiots.
@JackShepherd93: Couldnt be my club đł
@BENN_PELLO: Our clubs gone to pot
@olikiddmartin: This is why we are angry. These players donât know what it means to wear the fucking shirt. PlAyErS cAn HaVe LivEs ToO, fuck off with that shite. Have some fucking shame.
But we have a game on Thursday vs Liverpool. just lost to forest in an embarrassing way. They should be think how do we put it right vs Liverpool then out drinking till 5am I am all for living there lives but not partying after that shit show yesterday
â Tom Hoegger (@tom_lcfc_1986) February 7, 2022
Lost 4-1 and humiliated by a local Championship club? Shown live on national tv to a a few million viewers? Oh yes! Time to PARTY!! đ#lcfc pic.twitter.com/T6VaO0Ea3h

Iâm already getting the âfootballers can have personal livesâ and âtreating footballers like robots againâ replies
Iâve never said they canât, but after watching the game yesterday and then seeing this today, itâs doesnât sit right, this isnât a one off thing eitherâŚ
